1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

1. my dolls are all in different sizes, so it is hard to share, I think I have 4-6 for each size.

2. I think mine will get seasonal clothing and some fancy clothes. If I find the time to make them ;)

3. I make my own doll clothes, and while my current sewing skills are mediocore, I intend to make everyone but the Real Puki(s) lots of clothes, both individual and shared.

4. I enjoy designing and sewing for my dolls and I've taken part in many, many swaps and runway challenges here on DoA over the years. About 6 months ago I had a huge doll sell-off, drastically reducing my numbers in order to minutely refocus my collection. I pulled out a few of those dolls' outfits that were very dear to me, sent several complete outfits as gifts along with each doll that sold (I like giving back to the BJD community) and sold the rest off to a nice lady who had bought several of the dolls and inquired about any clothing that might be left. Imagine my surprise when I packaged up the leftovers for her, took it to the post office, and found that the package of clothing alone weighed 9 and 1/2 pounds...of minifee sized clothing!!!:o I had no idea how much I'd made over the years!

Fast forward to this week. Remember those few near and dear few outfits I'd laid aside to keep for myself? Well it was finally time to alter them for the lone girl I have left. I figured when I did this, she'd have 4 or 5 outfits, complete with accessories. So I started digging through her trunk and working on alterations for her, and I suddenly discovered that she'll have a dozen complete outfits once alterations are complete! I honestly had no idea I still had so much! So it seems that outfits just somehow multiply around here all on their own!:sweat

5. hahaha a lot!! I am lucky to know how to sew and have free time ... ^^

6. I change all of my dolls clothes once a month. I either make them each a new outfit or I dig out some stuff from their permanent store bought pile. On busier time of the year they just wear different combos of the same thing. Most of mine are relatively Barbie sized so if I find an outfit pack at the store that isn't too hideous (what's with some of the new Ken clothes?!) I'll get it and add it to the mix.

7. TOO MANY... and the worst part is that i keep buying... NO REGRETS

8. Lessee...

Ilari, Emie, and Lucy have one outfit each with no intention of changing. Ina and Mariana's wardrobes are interchangeable and they've got 6 or 7 between them. Ari has 3 outfits, and Lorina has one with three more incoming.

I do like the simplicity of a single outfit per doll, so maybe I should reconsider the ones with more than that. Maybe one with an alternate? ^^

9. I just started so each of my two (heh) dolls only has one outfit, and one of them only has an outfit if you round up as the outfit is still being made by a friend. I hope to learn some sewing so that I can expand this so the dolls have a few options!

10. My dolls have as many outfits as I like. Doll clothes are one of my favourite things about this hobby; I prefer more clothing to more dolls, and I love having options~ 🎀 Currently my dolls have at least 4 outfits for each size of doll, and I'm always up for adding to their wardrobes.

11. I have quite a few SDs, and they all share clothes. I actually have this HUGE pirate chest filled with outfits and eyes and wigs. So each one has a huge selection of clothes/outfits to choose from.

12. My dolls all have at least two full outfits, and lots of tidbits that could make several variations of the same outfits. My SDs actually share a lot of their clothing since they're a couple and can wear the same size.

13. 4-6 outfits each! For the different seasons, and just to play up their look. Casual, formal, swimsuit, sweater stuff like that :)

14. I would probably have as many outfits as possible for my doll when she arrives. Providing I have the money to! I'm obsessed with cute clothes way too much... ><

15. My SD guys have a ton, though most is just articles of clothing as opposed to full outfits. When I started with my SDs I wanted then to have a normal wardrobe...so I ended up with like 5 pairs of various jeans and many shirts, jumpers, button-ups etc...
My MSD has about 5 full outfits for herself that she rarely has to share.
My MNFs are still a work in progress and have bits and pieces but not much, I didn't realize most MSD clothes would be too short and too large for MNFs *noob mistake all those years back*
My LTF has a total of 2 full outfits so far, her fullset + a DH set.
This was the stand of things when I left the hobby 4 years ago...
I see a clothes sale coming in the near future.

16. If I had voted girls dolls' clothing, it would have been 10+, the boys have more like 5 each. So my vote for 7 -9 as an average.

17. That's a hard question to answer when you have 40 BJD's plus a house full of other dolls who can wear some of the same clothes - do you count shared outfits or just the ones that are claimed by each particular doll as theirs alone? - either way do you go with the one who has the highest number, the one with the lowest number of outfits or average it out?

I averaged it out and went for 4 to six, but it's more of a guess than anything else as I've not actually counted (there are multiple boxes of them), some of them are more fun to sew for than others, some are easier to buy for and some of the teenie-tinies only have one outfit each.

18. At the moment I only have money to get one set for each doll (5), but I'll be making more dresses and stuff as I go along, so hopefully, at some point, they'll be having 10+ in the end ;D

19. i like to buy many new clothes for my doll but i will never wear them。。sad

20. How many outfits per doll? As many as desired! One of my dolls currently has 5 outfits and the other has 3 but because the dress up part is one of the big reasons why I got into the hobby, I won't be limiting outfits. The outfits have to fit their personalities but just like a person would have many casual separates, I'd want them to have a wardrobe like that.
