1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    4. I'm 18 and got my first bjd in August 2016.

    9. I belong to the older part of Bjd owners as i am 54.

    10. I'll be 20 on October this year, and I'm currently waiting for my first doll!! :D

    11. I'm 28 and brought my first BJD nearly ten years ago!

    12. Haha that is so true! I started with Pullips, then Blythe, then Azone, then bjds! They're definitely a gateway drug to bigger dolls!

    13. I'm 26 and got my first BJD when I was 25. So I am very new to the hobby, but it's something that I've always enjoyed. For a few years I fell into the trap of "being too old for dolls" and then I realized that it doesn't really matter how old I am. I should do things because I enjoy them, not because of my age. I also here that I'm too young to like certain things, so it's all just made-up preconceptions anyway!

    14. I'm 42! Been a BJD fan since I was 30:).

    15. I'm 21, turning 22 in April, and I'm still in the process on putting together my first doll lol. I'm planning on using those good old tax returns to get a body for my floating head so that's pretty exciting!

    16. I am 27 with 5 dolls currently.
I got my first doll in 2009.
When I was younger with no bills to pay and used to taxes to get her. HAHA.
I haven't bought anyone new in a couple years.
But maybe soon, after all my girls are put together. I'll look into getting another one~ <3

    17. I am an older BJD fan - soon to be 54, but a kid at heart! My son has been involved in the hobby for 10 years and I have always enjoyed knitting and sewing for his dolls but I didn't think about having one of my own until I discovered YOSDs recently and now I am hooked!!

    18. I am 23 and getting my first doll this year. It's my 24th Birthday in July

    19. 20. I first began this hobby at 15-16 maybe? I gave up for a while when I moved aboard but restart at 18.

    20. I'm 36 in April and have been interested in the hobby for about a year now. One of the things I'm loving about the hobby is that there are so many age ranges represented. It's one way the generations can come together and share common ground and learn from and appreciate others. Bjds are awsome.
