Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. my minis are all old :(... ok.. not true. I only have two minis, and one is 18 (DoC Hoo) and the other is 24 (KD Woori).

      there are lots of 100s of years old minis though o.O

    2. i agree with you on this- and based on the assumption, they want to limit said minis' behaviour! oh well. my minis won't stand for it and i don't have to either :)

    3. I'm getting three minis:
      Eiji, a DOD U, will be 15, but he's described as looking around 10.
      Kyo, a DOD Wi, will be 21-22.
      Haru, a DOD Tender Too, will be 17, but non-human, and the same age as an SD.

      I pretty much just see them as smaller versions - not younger - so I base the age on personality and not on size.

    5. My DOD Yen and Zen are 16 each, because they're twins.

      My incoming Dollzone Megi will be 18, because he looks older than they do in the photos I've seen.

    6. Tobias (BF TF jerome) is 16 and Lyra (DoC Twing-key) 15. My MSD's are teenagers and I like them like that. ^-^

    7. Hmm... I never actually thought of a specific age for my dolls. I just always assumed them to be mature, and two of them are definantly not teens, even if they may look it. Sa'getowah (Sage) is probably really old, but she's have Hamadryad (Oak Nymph) and Junip'ahtee (Junip) I'd have to say is around 20 something, so he's still relatively young.
      Anna Patina is a teen still, but I'd say around 17 or 18.

    8. mine are little sisters to my bigger girls, so they're younger. that's just my choice. Jeremiah Blue is about 9, I guess (their age isn't all that fixed, either), Shawn is 12 or 13, and Tennessee Rose is 15. She's the most mature looking of the bunch, so I did make her a little older.

    9. Lol, my MNF El Xavier is 21. But he's got the sculpt to back it up, and I had to make him old enough to do all the *activities* he enjoys. At least, old enough so that I don't feel like I'm robbing the cradle ^__^

      My next doll coming is also a mini, but I need her to be even a bit older, maybe 23-24, to fit the plotline. With the right faceup, wig, and clothes though, should be easy to believe she's out of her teens though.

    11. Mir (BF Jerome) is 15 but he's much younger as far as mental maturity goes.
      Tycho (MNF Shiwoo) is 14.

    12. Well, my mini is at least thousands of years old...but he's not human so I guess it doesn't really count. Appearance wise, he's probably around 12-13.

    14. Adrian is 12-14. It's hard to say because he's an orphan and a faeire. Normal aging doesn't apply... But I believe he'd be 4'1" if he were a full sized person! That's even short than me... So I guess I didn't want to make him too old.

    15. With the set I'm going to order (paying extra for the new bodies from D.O.D. for the D.O.C), Keegan will look a bit younger than he's supposed to as the character he is based on is nearly 1,000 years old (vampire ^^) and Luceria (that name might change) will depend as I haven't decided to make her human or the other kind of vamp from my series. So she'd appear to be in her early 20s at least to me.

    16. Arei (mnf elf shushu) is well...about as old as time itself lol. I havent decided on an actual age for her yet but shes really old. She only looks so young because the race she is doesnt really age at all. They reach a certain point and then stop aging. I supose it becomes more a curse than anything lol.

      Iolari is a male MNF Shushu, but, he's about mid-twenties. Though no one is quite sure how old he is: he doesn't remember most of his childhood.

    18. Ooo, this thread is back! :)

      I realized that since I last posted, my mini has gotten younger. :sweat I had intended for Shiva to be about 13 at first, though since the SD10 I got last year is supposed to be 12 . . . that wouldn't really work, proportions wise. So, Shiva is now about 9-10 years old. Which I find somewhat ironic, considering that he has one of the MOST mature of all 1/4 scale boy bodies. Oh well!

    19. Well, I don't have her yet, but my Magdalena is a succubus who is traped in the form of a child. She is really quite old (a few thousand years, actually) but looks to be about fourteen.
