was looking at legend doll and saw her in their new arrivals!

 

Omg more new dolls? Excuse me can they finish my pending order first (I've hit 3 months and it's not even a full doll)

 

In case anyone else is interested about waiting times: I wrote Alice to check how long it'll still be with my order and HJ told them one more month I only ordered a body so if anyone has ordered full dolls after the new releases started dropping it'll be a 4+ month wait most probably right now. Seems like they have gotten really busy!

 

wait how long are you gonna be waiting for just the body? I also ordered 2 just bodies so curious lol
damn that's the downside of ur fave brand becoming popular is longer wait times I'm glad they're getting more business tho!

 

I've been waiting 3 months and now it's one on top so 4 in total. I don't know, though, if perhaps it's the tan skin that takes longer? I was excited to order from Huajing partly because people had been getting their dolls within 2 months but I guess that is over now

 

ahhhh I see.. maybe? I know generally they say tan skin adds time but who knows, could just be the holidays and their recent influx of orders (seeing as they released so many dolls recently lol) that's impacting it

 

I’m thinking of getting the ver 4 girl body, it looks really nice and the price is a lot more affordable then some of the other options I was looking at! I noticed on legend doll they offer it in luts white but they don’t seem to offer that color on alice’s or new clover singing? I also noticed a similar thing with the heel feet option, with it only being available on clover singing

 

If you email Alice before you purchase it, I'm p sure you can request other resin colours!
I'm not sure if they're actually available but they have all these listed on their Taobao storefront:

white, normal pink, rosy white, light tan, peony white, mia pink, mia white, luts white, pure white, grey, soom normal ; and the option "for other colours please consult customer service"

def worth a shot emailing and asking if you're really wanting one? I'm not sure why Alice doesn't have the option up? maybe it is a special request kind of colour or smth

 

I assume they might do some of those colours only if there is a certain number of orders made for a reasonable batch for them to cast? It's easier for HJ to control those numbers through their own store, I'd guess. Then again ACBJD often doesn't list everything for no good reason so idk

 

I emailed Alice and the luts white is an available option! If you put it in the comment box on the checkout page then they’ll be able to do it, yay!

I saw the 48cm Thorne today, and was wondering if there's any comparisons to other taller MSD boys?

If I could get grey that'd be amazing! I might have to ask Alice lol. I have a grey head here that desperately needs a body.

I ended up placing an order for Thorne in normal pink with faceup! I’m quite excited since he’ll be my first boy! I’m so curious to see how he’ll look next to the huajing girl body I got and my other msd girls

ah yes you'll have to wait for a bit more for some then lol I'm excited to see owner pics of him too! I only ended up getting his body to hybrid a Dif head on since I wasn't sold on his head sculpt (smth about the lips were bothering me) But I also just am curious how he looks irl

 

Huajing has posing videos in their weibo sometimes, maybe a good option to look at in lieu of owner pics? @Mew-Lidia9

I've seen that a lot of people have asked about the Huajing rosy white, but I haven't seen any photos... Does anyone already have a Huajing in rosy white? I am also interested in buying a Huajing body to make a hybrid: I would like to buy the Huajing 1/4 uncle for my Yue Jian head, which is normal pink. DF-H's notmal pink turned out to be a very very light shade (it's nothing like Gem of doll's normal pink), and that's why I don't know which shade I should order her (when I save enough to buy it), normal, normal pink or rosy white?
Does anyone have dolls of Huajing and Doll Family-H so I can compare their skin tones?
