1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Hypermaniac: HyperDolly

Apr 6, 2011

    1. Oh heaven! I adore fists but really can't see myself boiling dolly fingers. My husband is nervous enough when I cook.

    2. Did anyone get an actual email from the company? I haven't got one from the company asking for shipping or anything. I don't think they send one but want to make sure.

    3. I haven't had any communication at all from them.

    4. Ok sounds normal then. I think the next communication we get is an email that says the doll is ready to ship and asking for shipping payment.

    5. Yes I think so too. I haven't received anything either. Do we really need a waiting room? It would be nice but I guess we can have the conversation in this thread :) . I can't wait for my dollie to show up :D

    6. I haven't received a confirmation either. This is my first Hypermaniac order. How long does it normally take for them to ship? :?

    7. Thanks, Merangel. :)

    8. Only 14 business days for me u_u. Times does not fly when waiting for a doll! On the website, they say they take 25 to 30 business days after ordering :(

    9. Sorry for the double post, but I got my tracking :D ! My dolly is on the waaaaaay :) !!! So happy!

    10. I just got a tracking number too. I'm near San Francisco so it should only take two or three days!

    11. How cool :D ! The first batch starts arriving :) ! I'm in Europe so it should take a little longer...

    12. mine is on the way too! ^^ I hope it arrives soon, I'm impatient to see that lovely face!

    13. Oh found it in my spam folder.

So shipping was included I guess?

    14. Holy Cow! Mine was in Spam too. I'm stunned.

    15. So shipping was included that makes the price a bit better :)

    16. Mine is in San Francisco already!

    17. Wow mine is already in France! I'm stunned! NOw let's pray I don't get custom fees u_u ! Congrats to everyone on their shipping notice :D !

    18. IMPORTANT TIP TO TAKE NOTE OF !!!

Do not throw away any bubble wrap without looking for your extra fist hands and sometimes they include an extra set of screws (for if you lose a screw). If your doll comes in a hyper bag look in the side pocket for any extras also.
Last time I got a hyper I thought her fists were missing. Turns out they were hiding in the bubble wrap!! they were really hard to find. Also found some screws taped to some bubble.

    19. Thanks for the tip, TreeLore. Useful to know! I'll unpack with the care of a bomb squad :thumbup

    20. I'm so excited! Mine is in customs in LA! Thanks for the wait time info, Caillou. They are super fast! :)

TreeLore, thanks for the tip. I probably would have thrown mine away.
