Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     8. - I will never buy more than one doll: the classic rule that most of us have broken.
      - I will never get any size other than in the SD range: first came a 15cm doll, followed by a 35cm and a 75cm bjd. This is why they all have their seperate wardrobes.
      - I will never buy a doll that doesn't represent an existing character: Most of these are impulse purchases,
      - I will never spend more than X amount for a doll...

    9. Really starting to agree with all the ‘never say nevers’! I’ve definitely had a lot of things I’ve said NEVER to myself about dolls and most of them I’ve stuck to except for this one doll I recently broke two of my rules in one swoop for. LOL

      I recently started a lawaway for a Dollzone Gene fullset. Now... I told myself I wouldn’t get company faceups because I’ll only end up wiping it but... here we are. I also said that I’d never get a doll that I don’t have a certain 'character' for...but I just kept thinking Gene looked so pretty to me so just go for it.

      I might have to nix the rule of no getting pretty dolls solely based on the fact they’re pretty because I can see this happening again in the future. :sweat

    10. I said I’d never buy an Iplehouse because I’m not a fan of their sculpts and posability is a huge factor for me. Now they seem to have a new sculptor who adds bone structure and smaller faces (in proportion to the heads—especially the eyes are smaller) and I have both an Isabel head and Bella HID full doll

    12. At the beginning I was certain I would never like a male sculpt (never really loved one for some reason). But then I saw Doll Chateau's Snowborn and I absolutely fell in love with him and I can't wait to have him at one point!

    18. I was going to start wig making, but I never did.
      I also said i'd never get an SD, but I did.
      Said i'd never have more than 3 dolls, but I did.
      Said i'd learn to sew and make clothes, but I never did.
      (The last one is going to be starting on payday though. I'm determined to make the most of this hobby!)
