  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I decided I didn't want to deal with the hassle of resin matching, (I've been down that road before) and the Summer Event was so tempting that I went ahead and ordered my Basilisk, new body and all.

      I just couldn't pass up a 12% discount on top of a free head and free jointed-hands! Besides, my boy is going to be wearing clothes all of the time, so he'll be covered up. And, my issues with the hands will hopefully be alleviated by the freebie jointed-hands.

      When I get the Curoi head, I'll see what white resins he might match; I have Soom white, AOD white, DollFamily white, Luts white, and Dollzone white. Hopefully one of those whites will be close enough.

      Hisukioni, it's a pretty sweet event...MOC does layaway. *nudge-nudge* ;)

    2. I know all toooooo well about that layaway. It's amazing. 1000x better then Soom layaway. I order the doll and about the time I get it paid off it's shipped. It would still be $200 payments each time so... Still hurts.

      Alice Collections has free jointed hands and a faceup ready to ship (from China) at the old boy price (didn't see that IS upped their price oO)... I don't know. I don't have the money to be buying dolls right now. XP

    3. This event... why now? >.< I think i canยดt pass it because i need a body for my Roderich Head (it seems to have a great match with volks normal skin) and free jointed hands. And the Tosaca Head is so beautiful! Does anyone know if i can order on Allice Collection with layaway?

    4. I wouldn't see why not. I did a layaway through Alice once. I must say it was really weird in comparison to other layaways I have done. It was really informal I guess is the way to word it. Sort of like doing a layaway on the MP only not. Though I did a layaway on an in stock doll so -shrug-. They are really good at responding to emails and the English is pretty ok considering.

    9. Haha, I've been wanting the same Rabbit-moon. I ordered one as my event head. I think he's just going to be a floating head for photoshoots so I don't have to try and fake half my 'npc' characters in my shoots.

    14. I wanna see pictures of the 70cm body posing. >w< I recently ordered a Tan Baitu head and 70cm body from IS, and would love to see how my future body is going to move.
      I have a 1/3 body for my Minos, and I love the weight/posibility he has. I would think the 70cm would be about the same?

      The only thing that bums me about ordering now, is that I get no discount because he is Tan. And no jointed hands. ;; Kinda of a bummer.. considering I am actually paying MORE for my lovely Tan. -sobs- But. What can you do? My character IS Tan.

    19. I agree that need more love~! I own three sculpts at home, SD Minos, MSD Zhuqing, and yo-sd Ardi. Soon to have a 70cm/Baitu in tan. >W<
      My friend recently got a MSD Meilin, and I think she also wants a Valentine~ There is just too much to love about their sculpts. ;A; I love them all!

    20. Help! Is anyone out there able to do a direct comparison of the heads for 60 cm IS dolls next to 70 cm IS dolls? I know the neck circumference is 2 cm larger for the 70 cm doll, but the other head measurements are very close. Still, I can't assume that the heads are close unless someone can do a side-by-side comparison.

      I'm actually trying to trade out the head of another doll (Souldoll Morse). I've lived with Morse for a little while now, and I really don't like his head. The face is much smaller than those of my other large dolls, and side-by-side it almost looks like he's got the head of an MSD rather than an SD. I'm really disappointed! But I love the body of the doll. Comparing the skin tone of the Morse doll with my other dolls, my Illusion Spirit Gino comes very close. I can live with the slight difference. I've also tried my Gino head on the Morse body, and it fit pretty well. Unfortunately, Gino doesn't look like the character I wanted the Morse doll for. So I've looked at the other Illusion Spirit dolls, and I really like QianChen. But he's a 70 cm doll. His neck circumference is 12 cm (Morse is 10.5), but I'm thinking I can swede the neck cavity for a snug fit.

      So... can anyone out there do a comparison of a 60 cm IS head next to a 70 cm IS head?
