Ahh, she's lovely! The tan color is such a rich shade, I love it! Thanks for the pic~ I'm definitely going for the tan if/when I order from Illusion Spirit.

 

has any one know if an Illusion spirit white resin matches with a Migidoll Type B white resin? do you have comparison photos?

My Al has some changes again. It's s cool to realize that my skills are growing every year, and now I think he's almost that man whom I want him to be =)

Also maybe somebody knows which glasses will fit IS 1/3 head? I've tried a lot of variants, but everything is too big for him. Now I want to try Dollmore's steel lensless glasses, maybe someone tried it already?

Im thinking of getting him but want to make sure he matches the character first.

on another note, looking through everyone's pictures I've decided I really love the Zhuqing doll and I'm gonna try and convince a friend to get him.
She's new to dolls and wants a good looking MSD boy and I think he's a perfect candidate.

also is it just me or does Tosaca look a lot like Kyo from Dir En Grey???

I'm considering buying him but would like to see more pictures and hear somewhat of a review on him.

 

Has anyone noticed the Doll Closing Event for Illusion Spirit? Looks like they are offering big discounts on their dolls. After the event, ALL current Illusion Spirit dolls/bodes/jointed hands will be discontinued! They claim they will return with brand new Illusion Spirit sculpts in a totally new style.

Gah! Why do companies do this? DollFamily-H recently did the same thing, and discontinued all their lovely old sculpts.

I guess I'm gonna bite the bullet and try to get a Baitu before its too late.

 

I just have thier 3rd Gen boy body for my Minimee Acchan head with jointed hands and that is my fave body it matches the head so well and Acchan ain't going no where! HE IS MINE at last!

 

So Derilan, would love to see a pix of him on that 3rd Gen body! Pleeeeze!

Illusion Spirit really did a nice job on his face-up. I love his broody face.

 

My girlfriend did that and has her BaiTu on layaway now. She was fighting with herself on when to get him, and IS pretty much decided for her XD

Hi to everyone in the IS thread, I'm still relatively new to the hobby I also took advantage of the closing event and put a Tosaca in yellow skin on layaway. I'm super excited for my first SD and first boy in my crew!

I haven't ordered BaiTu, yet. I love him but, being faced with the fact that all these sculpts are going away forever, Im having a little trouble deciding between BaiTu, Calos, CangXie, and Crete. They're all so drool-worthy, it's making having to choose just one difficult.

I've orderd a Gino head. I've always liked him. No discount for the heads only im afriad, which is a bit of a shame...But I did get free airmail shipping from Alice collections. I'd love to have had the full doll, as that is a great price, but can't afford it at the moment. Also, I cna't really get an idea of what the body looks like with that blushing?

 

Hello all! I've been lurking around this thread for awhile but finally got up the courage to post because I just put in the final layaway payment on my BaiTu! He's gonna be my first SD and I can't wait for him to get here.

Did anyone buy IS with all their discount recently? ): its too bad that they are discontinuing their current dolls, I had to order my wish bby doll Xiao Ji early through layaway with Alice Collection because of the discontinuing news.
I stalked the thread a bit and all of the dolls here is just really gorgeous!

Can't wait for my Xiao Ji to come to be honest, he will come without any face up because I didn't have the money but I'm still pretty much excited...! Nice to meet you guys!

I've seen the news, I knew about Doll Family H being bad in service but I didnt know that the owner also owns Illusion Spirits :O

I hope Alice Collection's communication is okay with them...

 

Yes, the news that Mintoncard is terminating their business association with Illusion Spirit is very disconcerting.

Frankly, it makes me a little nervous, and perhaps more than a little reluctant to order BaiTu, now. The same person owns DollFamily-H as well, and I've been waiting 4 months for a replacement hand that arrived broken. That is just ridiculously bad customer service. (I am not very happy with that owner at the moment.)
