1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Immortality of Soul Feedback (2010)

Mar 10, 2010

    1. * What did you order?
      Mezz head in normal skin

      * When did you order?
      March 2016

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
      Direct from the company website during their big sale.

      * How was the communication?
      Ok, but they kept forgetting to update my order to show it was paid even when I asked them about it. Not sure if this contributed to the long delay in getting him.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, by PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped mid-September so way longer than their original schedule showed (I think it was originally due to ship in June, but I never thought they'd manage to keep that schedule, I was just a bit worried they had lost record of my payment!).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No - thankfully! I wasn't ever interested in this sculpt before because I don't like the IOS promo pics. I bought him because of seeing owner photos.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes.
      (Not impressed with their new plastic packaging though).

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      n/a

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Probably not, now that they have brought back most of the old sculpts. I'd prefer to get them new.

    2. * What did you order?
      Class65F (65cm) female body.
      * When did you order?
      December 24, 2023.
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
      Directly from the company.
      * How was the communication?
      Not great, and not entirely honest.
      Their listing said that the body would ship between March 15 and March 29, 2024.
      On April 2, 2024, I left a message on their Q and A page.
      On April 14, 2024, they replied and said that the body would ship "this Thursday, April 28, 2024." Thursday was April 18. April 28 was a Sunday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until Monday, April 29, 2024.
      On May 2, 2024, I sent an email. No response.
      On May 16, 2024, I sent another email. No response.
      On May 20, 2024, I left another message on their Q and A page. No response.
      On May 21, 2024, I messaged their Instagram account. Today is June 6, 2024. They still haven't accepted my invite to view my message. Instagram clearly is not the way to contact them.
      On May 25, 2024, I left a message on their Q and A page and sent them an email showing my social media posts. I was figuratively banging pots and pans together, trying to get their attention.
      On May 30, 2024, I gave in and filed a PayPal dispute.
      On May 31, 2024, they responded to all of my Q and A posts and my emails. In one of the emails, they said, "We sincerely apologize for the late shipping. We have completed the package process already. But our post office system was a little faulty. I heard that all the problems were solved yesterday, and we will ship the product right away next Monday."
      I know this isn't true, because other people were receiving their dolls after filing PayPal disputes.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy - via PayPal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      After I opened a dispute via PayPal - 3 calendar days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It's alright.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Mostly. The hip depressions are very deep, which doesn't really come through in their photos.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      It's alright.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I mean, they shipped the doll. That's about all I want at this point.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Never. Once I have to file a PayPal dispute, our relationship is broken.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Probably not. Compared to my Miracle Doll 68 cm muscular female body (they are fairly similar in size), this doll seems cheaper and not as well engineered. The prices are similar. I'll stick with Miracle Doll.
