@Silver_Unicorn297 That Beast is amazing! I love his outfit. And the mods are cool. I'd love to see what patterns you've used because dressing Massi is already giving me heart palpitations and I have a box of fabric to use up.

@IngieBee Well I don't know if it was damaged but when I was restringing Massi the stopper came loose without any effort whatsoever. I had to use some tools to pry the channel stopper off in Kitten but it's only glued in so you shouldn't have to force it. Massi's chest movement is fantastic now and I don't notice any change in the string tension (he's finally losing some tension if anything)

@AntarelNefertili Thank you too, I will eventually restring everyone and remove those things I always thought I didn't have the strength to move them, or they'd pop back too easily (duh, now that I see the plug, it makes sense why they don't hold!)

 

I've started Dante's tattoos and blushing! He'll need a few more coats on his neck piece but then I get to do the fun ones (AKA, not his stick and pokes). Do those look like the hands of a guitarist?

Man, @A Wee Tiefling , the work put into him is amazing. But I'm also a sucker for tattoos and freckles.

 

@IngieBee Oh wow, no! I used peel and stick tattoos for the colour quality. His poke-and-sticks are freehand and need to be touched up. I'll be adding a lot more of those.

@Meowjima I'm touched. His faceup was professionally done, I could never get that good. But I did his piercings, styled his wig (his floofy fauxhawk) myself and am doing his body blushing. Thanks for reminding me he needs way more freckles. Way way more. Maybe some more scarring also. His such a brawler.

Cross-posting this from the DF-H discussion thread:

I ordered a 75cm body from DF-H, and while they were willing to do my desired color (a darker gray than their standard gray), they sadly couldn't make the transparent lower arms and hands I had hoped for.

I know that Resinsoul and Impldoll do transparent resin, and had hoped they would be willing to just sell me separate parts too.
Does anyone here have one of their big bodies (72cm for RS, Idol for Impl) and can tell me whether it would be possible to swap lower arms (with or without joint)?
In case of the Idol bodies a full arm swap might be possible too, but getting those arms to match color wise to the torso might be difficult (but still an option if the Impl forearm won't work with the DF upper arm). Wish I could find more detailed measurements at least!

Right now the arms from this Impl body (Idol TGB) are my favorite, because they are similar enough in shape compared to the DF body:

Can someone take these measurements for me:
- shoulder joint circumference
- elbow joint circumference
- length of forearm to wrist
- wrist circumference

I did see this on the DF-H thread last night and was looking for my measuring tape, I still haven't found it, UGH, I ALWAYS misplace it! Anyways, I will give you what I have but I only have the FGB and SGB so I hope someone will answer for the TGB and I hope I find the stupid thing soon, LOL

I dropped Impl a message to ask whether they would even be willing to sell parts to me. Might add the magnetic hands too.

 

@Ara I want you to know I've been looking for my measuring tape but have had no luck as of yet. Hope someone can help in the meantime, but I'm still looking :P I need to order extras, ugh!

 

You can cut a narrow strip of paper, mark the measurement on the paper and then measure the paper with a ruler.
