1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. A picture of my scruffy little orphan boy, Oskar!

And tears4dragons, I can't provide any pics of them unfortunately, but I can sure vouch for their bodies being great and poseable. Oskar stands like a rock, and it's weird but I love how his joints squeak. XD

    2. Aww, the poor baby looks like he could use a blanket, some food and a hug! >< But damn, he really fits the "orphan" image, great job! :thumbup

    3. Aww haha thanks~ Next I'll take a picture of him with a blankie, some noms, and someone hugging him!
In spite of his appearance, he is well loved. =v= b Rest assured!

    4. Haha, that's good to hear! Can't wait for the next pic! :D

    5. Well, since I wanted to get in on the event they were having, I went ahead and ordered a Sissy in tan. Now the wait begins ^^

    6. Aww yaayy, congrats!
      I can't wait to see her~

    7. Can anyone tell me how these guys pose? Also picture spam requested!!! The company photos do nothing for these dolls!

    8. They pose very very well! You can have a look here ^^ (My boy is unsueded and never been restrung.)

    9. Also, spam:

(sorry for the double post, editing doesn't seem to work for some reason... @_@)

    10. Nnngh Ben is such a little cutie! I just wanna eat him up. >H<
Charles is my favorite Impl child -v- I'm so glad to have him!
And I completely agree, my Oskar is unsueded and he poses very well. For single jointed knees, they have great mobility. They bend farther than 90 degrees.

    11. Aww, thanks~ :daisy Me too! XD To be honest, I've been planning to sell him for almost a year because I'd like to have him in tan and with more child-like proportions but I'm too attached to his cute little face and good posing. :XD:

Oh and I forgot to mention that while I love Ben's posing, there's much room for improvement with the wrist-joint's mobility. :sweat That's his only weakness I guess.

    12. Haha aw that's good for me too that you didn't sell him! I hope to see him around for a long time to come. ;3
Hmm I think so too, maybe the only thing that needs improvement. ;3 I would also like the fingers to be a little more expressive perhaps? I was wondering about boiling them and reshaping them a little, but they're french resin and I'm scared. Y_Y

    13. Haha I think I'm not ready to sell him yet after all. :'D
Oh yes, the hands... That's the other weakness. xD Is reshaping risky with french resin? Or does it not work at all?

    14. I don't know, I've never tried it. I just wonder if it will cause something weird to happen. :U like if it will affect the transparency of the resin or discolor it in some way. I know it's perfectly safe with normal urethane resin, but I don't know if french resin is different enough for concern. I'll have to research it more before I try. :O

    15. Wow he poses awesome!!!! I have a young Adela and I love her body. Now I am looking at Impldoll with lots of interest. I had a tiny Simon at one point as well. I just have a hard time with the sculpts of these guys. I do like owner pictures but the company photos make them look so eh.

    16. Genevieve: hmm, I see... I have no idea how french resin works either... My friend has done that reshaping thing with her Zaoll but that doll was normal resin so... :huh?:

Reslie: thanks, he does! :cheer And I agree, some doll companies just don't know how to make the faceups and photos appealing enough so that people actually want to buy their dolls. But Impldoll's bigger dolls look quite decent recently, they should make new faceups and photos for the Child line too.

    17. Oskar has now turned into a younger 'from the past' version of another doll. x3 But he is still a poor scruffy little orphan boy! And he's finally getting that blanket and hug. -v- I'm sure older Vallewida gave him some noms too.

    18. D'aww, what a lovely picture~~ :aheartbea

    19. Why thank you >U< I really love this lil guy. I was thinking of doing a body review of him. *V* He's so mega cute and loveable, the child line needs more love! XD I wish they'd redo the company pictures, I feel like that may turn off a lot of people.

    20. Hello everyone! I just purchased an ImplChild Sissy from the DoA marketplace, and I'm very excited for her to come home. I'm a bit confused though. The seller says she needs 10 mm eyes, but in this thread I've read that people use either 12 or 14 mm, which leads me to believe that 10 mm would be way too small, wouldn't it? Could the seller be mistaken?

Thanks in advance for any clarification or advice you guys can give me! I can't wait for my girl to get here, but would love to have eyes for her that actually fit.

Also, I would absolutely love to see some Sissy owner pictures. Like previous posters, I think the company pictures don't do the ImplChild sculpts justice at all.
