    1. Ah, but I want a dress shirt with the pleats down the front, haha, and Sadol doesn't have any of those currently. I usually order as part of a group order, since I myself have no idea how to work the message board order system!

      I wouldn't worry too much about tracking on packages... so far in my experience things have always shown up eventually ^^;;

    2. Just wondering about the hands being big. Are they proportioned to thier bodies correctly?

      Serenity- I hope you get them soon. Same thing happened to me with my wigs from Leeke. I checked it said they were in Chicago and the next day they were on my doorstep and I live a long way from Chicago.

    3. I see, I've never done a group order yet but maybe someday I'll give it a try if I see something at Sadol I can't live without.

      You know two of the suit sets from M3 offers pleated shirts but I doubt you'd want to purchase the whole thing just for the shirt unless you're also looking for a trench coat. One suit comes with the coat and the other with a traditional suit jacket. Just a thought, but I suppose you could sell off the rest of the components if you can't find a pleated shirt anywhere else.

      Regarding the package, thanks to the both of you for your reassurance, I'm sure it will get here eventually too. As much as I'd hate to lose the items I've ordered, it would be worse if it was a doll.

      To answer your question about the hands Mystical Rose,I don't think they are disproportioned at all for his body, just larger than most dolls and because of the open posing of his hands it's harder to fit through clothes than if his hands were in a straightened position with his fingers closer together, if you can understand what I'm trying to say. Even though it's become a challenge to find clothes, I wouldn't ever change them because they are really beautiful when you look at all the detail thats been sculpted into them.


      Update: About an hour ago I got my order from Luts delivered and the shoes fit perfectly and look great on his feet, YAY! These are the ones I got and they come in matte black, chocolate and white too.

    5. You're welcome Mystical Rose. I hope Daffodil will be easier to find clothes for. I know she's slightly shorter than the SDF females but it's possible their clothes might fit her.:)

      I'm just relieved the shoes worked out but unlike Pinkplushii who was able to fit Ryder into the SDF pants, I bought an outfit (Launcher set) for one of my other guys and thought I'd try the pants on Ashley. Unfortunately they were too tight to fit over his hips and maybe if I really wanted to get them on I could have forced them but I didn't want to stretch them out since I think they're made out of pleather and don't know if that material goes back into shape easily. So I guess it's hit and miss with the SDF pants, hopefully it's not the same with the shoes too. I'm not thinking it should be a problem since it wasn't too difficult to get the pair I bought on his foot but I will say I had to loosen the laces substantially to get them off. On the plus side, I bought a few wigs and had no problem with them fitting.

      I would feel the same way about something working out. oh no +_+ I do not blame you as not wanting to stretch them.

    7. I only wish there were more clothing companies that catered to SD17 size in general. Haha. Even though yes, I am looking at M3 and am eyeing a couple of things (though not too sure yet!) - still feels like a bit frustrating because there're so few options. Did anyone try putting a SDF or SSDF top on their boy? Which is closer to the mark?

    8. I know what you mean but hopefully in the future we'll have more choices. I was checking out the news thread this morning and saw Sadol has a new website with a cart system. I took a quick peek and it seems easy to order, so I might give a go next month.

      I did try to put the SDF shirt I got for my other guy on Ash and since it was tailored it would not fit over his shoulders. Probably a t-shirt would fit but I bet it'd be too short. I don't have any SSDF clothes but I suspect they'd be big in the chest but I imagine they'd more or less fit better than the latter. I do know our guys share a similiar chest/shoulder/ arm length measurement with a DOI though.

    9. Yeah, the only thing is now their boy choices are way too little for me to justify buying stuff. xD So I'm going to wait for new things to come out. Meanwhile it helps that for some reason people in the MP are selling more SD17 stuff these days, for which I am glad...

    11. True but for me I'd rather order direct from the company unless it's something I can't live without. Hopefully in a few years finding clothes for our guys will be as common as sd13's. It seems more companies are starting a 65cm line so who knows.

    12. Hey everyone! Sorry I've been absent from here lately. Last week I was on vacation, and this week I was plagued by a lot of school work and many personal problems. ^^;

      Eee. I am debating if I should buy Ryder some shoes, or new clothes. o.O; Though I am also debating if I should buy my yo-sd some shoes since he only has one pair haha.

      serenity - Glad to hear the shoes fit nice! I'm currently eyeing some boots from there! You got regular SDF size, right? Not SSDF? I want to double check before I even start looking and fall in love with a pair that's the wrong size! : P

      Razaera - I'm so jealous of your photography skills. o 3o; Julien looks so natural! Whenever I take full body pictures, my dolls look awkward! I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. >>;;

I think SSDF would definately be too big. ; D I think this next week I'm going to order that suit Infiniti sells as I've been procrastinating too long in getting Ash some suitable clothes. Only I may also get a silk shirt and tie from Soom and see if Super gem clothes fit too.

      carmen171-I'm not exactly sure how long your wait will be. When I was in the waiting room there was someone who had their doll on layaway and she said they didn't start making it until she paid in full. I waited over 2 months for my guy to ship and I think Razaera did too but we ordered during the event so that might have caused the longer delay. Anyways congrats and hopefully you won't be waiting too long.

    15. Thanks guys =) There are times I can't seem to get a good shot, though... I'm thinking about getting him an alternate wig (eyeing one that I might have to trim down, but still) - something about the shape of his hair at the back bothers me but I can't for my life figure out what it is... might be that slight poofy bit at the side. I'm sort of anal about this kind of thing.

      On the clothing side, I have stuff incoming... soon-ish. Kind of. I'll take photos of him in them, when they arrive (might be awhile) and give my opinion... given my picky-ness I'm sure half the clothing will end up on the MP but anyway!

      As to clothes, there is quite a bit more available for this size. Remember that clothes made for the classic Dollshe 70cm body fit rather well. The pants are long, but can be shortened.

      nine9style has stuff in this size. So does nDoll. You can also try Cheerydoll (though their US rep is currently getting replaced).

    17. Welp, I decided to buy Ryder a new wig because as much as I love fur wigs, I cannot get them to look nice on my dolls for the life of me! :...( I still have about $60 more I can spend though...so shoes or clothes. Hmm...XD Oh woe is me! I hate making decisions!

      serenity - Ahh okay! Thanks! :3 I'll definitely look into SDF shoes! Oh, and I just remembered I have a Super Gem shirt. So I put it on Ryder real quick and it fits well! There wasn't even a problem going over his huge hands! :lol:

      I'm looking forward to those clothes, though! :) I hope they fit!

    20. Razaera-If there's a section of his hair that doesn't lay right I wonder if it's something you could trim off with one of those razor combs without damaging the wig? With the alternate wig you're considering, will Julien still be blonde? Or will he be getting a new hair color? Good luck on the clothes and I'll be looking forward to seeing those pics when they arrive.

      miffimifster- Your Alex is very pretty and thanks for your input on the clothes. One day I hope to be acquiring an Alex of my own and a Justin too.:)

      pinkplushii- Thanks for showing a pic of Ryder wearing the shirt. He looks cute in it and it gives my a good idea how it fits overall. I really have issues with shirts being too short in the sleeve length and not long enough in the torso, so judging by your pics it looks to fit well in both those areas so I think I'll be safe ordering the shirt I have in mind.
