Did you get the wig as well by heidi ott? such a great idea! i have seen doll house dol clothes and wondered if they would fit inkling.
no, the wig is not Heidi Ott, but Kemper doll 3/4..... it is a wee big, but not so much as it can't be used..... i did just order a wig from Heidi Ott, that looks more Victorian... but i don't know if it will fit. there was no size, i just took a chance.

I'm still waiting on my Inkling. Somehow my paypal messed up and paid someone else the original monies for Inkling, but Aimee is so kind and waiting! I am paid her off now and just waiting for the echeck to process and for my girl to be shipped home!! I was a lucky girl who got a white Inkling, though I am not sure of the colour ratios sold ^-^ Also... how many Inkling's have arrived?

yay! I got a nice big box in the mail! inside was 2 inkings XD. one for me and one for sheila! squee for new dollies! She's been here for a bit, but I wanted to kit her out. 3/4 Blue Frost wig from beachgirlnikita on eBay (it still needs to be taken in) and the duds are by Heidi Ott (these are intended for 1:12 adult male miniature dolls ... they fit, but the trous wind up as capris!). And, why, yes ... I do happen to have more here, thanks for asking.

Muse wants to show off her new "just for fun" wig (Sorry her right eye is misaligned. I didn't notice it until after the battery on my camera died). I got this at Toys-R-Us. There's a product line called Harumika which basically sells dress forms and fabric swatches for kids to play fashion designer. They also sell mannequins with wigs, although this was the only one available at this store. I also saw little sets with busts with different hair. I didn't buy any of those and I did see a review online that said the hair on the bust was rooted and not a wig. If you do buy this wig, beware of staining. The mannequin's white head was stained from the wig so I'm not willing to leave it on Muse's head for any significant length of time. The wig is a good size but isn't the same shape as Inkling's head and has no elastic so you'll need some eye putty or something similar to hold it down. The wig cap is also quite a bit shorter than her head in the back, but that's not really visible unless you were going to try to style the hair. Here's a pic showing the shorter cap. Just thought I'd put this out there in case anyone is looking for a convenient source of acceptable wigs.

Has anyone else wired their Inkling? I put very thin wire in her legs and her arms, she was good at posing before but she holds them fantastically now!
My inkling. Seems she likes the name Misaki Spampy sent her a present but Misaki says it's too pretty to open 3rd attempt wig finally was usable, lol
