  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Internal organs, for realisms sake?

    1. as a guro fan, i'd love to have some sort of removable internal organs, maybe having my dolls with a kind of... "tummy plate" to see/change them :)
      but i guess the majority of bjd lovers wouldn't want them. i mean, there's no need to put *so* much realism on a doll :)
      this is just my way of thinking of course.

    2. LOL - i'd find that hilarious and a tad creepy and cool if someone just opened their doll up and pulled out a minature, realistic looking heart and internal organs XD
      Actually, it would remind me of that movie called Anatomy

    3. I kinda like the idea of organs but maybe only for photoshoots. I don't really see a point in organs, they are not gonna use them anyways. I would understand having a momento or such inside though.

    5. I have one of the Build-A-Bear satin hearts in Newt too! At first it was a cute little thing I did for my best friend (we were making plushies of her and her boyfriend. Newt was holding their hearts), but I liked the idea so she keeps one in her chest now. I've never thought of putting any other organs in her though- not to mention her heart keeps falling into her stomach, I would hate to have to chase down other organs.

    6. I would like to have a doll w/ internal organs, since i'm a student of a medical course i could use it. But honestly, not school/work related, i rally would love to have doll w/ those things intact~ XD

    9. I think it would be cool, but it would make me sad as well. Random silly thought: what if they had little packets of doll blood too that could be secured inside the doll, and if your doll fell and broke in a certain way, he or she would bleed?

      No...no...not a great idea. I can see so many things going wrong with that. Hahahahaha.

    12. For me, personally, I don't think I'd ever buy/make internal organs for my dolls. However, I do like the idea. ^^

      But the thought of my own dolls having organs...it makes me feel a little nervous.

    14. I wouldn't mind a doll with a brain. That had a little slider on it so you could pop out a USB plug and it could actually *store information* in its brain, too!

    15. While internal organs would be neat, I think I'd be afraid I'd lose them, so probably not. Though I could see a small heart (even if it was 'heart shaped' and not realistic looking) that emitted a subtle heart beat sound. Kind of like the old Heart 2 Heart bears from the 80's did, or some toys you can give to small children or pets to simulate a parent's heart beat for comfort. It would be interesting!

    16. i have nightmears of my own organs falling out...why on earth would i want my doll to go through that...so no thanks....i would rather put gummy worms in my dolls heads lol

    17. I actually have a couple of the purple satin hearts from build a bear lying around somewhere... the tsunami relief ones they had a while back... I'm tempted to stick one in my doll now. :lol:
      Another thing I think would be interesting is a voice box... kinda like the ones they have at build a bear... although you wouldn't be able to access the button to make it talk... I can imagine walking around with my doll and having it talk everytime someone stared at her oddly. :sweat
      Any other internal organs would most likely freak me out though... I like some disturbing things, but that would mostly be blood. I'm disturbed by the medical television shows...xD

    20. O_O wow, i have never heard of dolls with internal organs. uh. i think they would get in the way of the elastic, but i don't know that i would mind that much either way. unless of course when i took my doll apart her kidney fell on my desk. that would make me go OoO!!!!
