good to know I'm not the only one who got an uh... interesting visual from this thread title. (of course, I wasn't going to bring it up, figuring it was just my sick mind [ here's where I try really hard to look innocent and fail miserably ] :grin: )

On his ebay listings, Dollmore said that he was produced in limited quantities by a Korean artist just for Dollmore. She doesn't day exactly how many 'limitied' is though.

I saw a ton of them on Ebay. I got mine within the first week, when there were like 3 and I debated for a full hour wether to get him or wait for a Chiwoo, but Dean (now Arien) just tugged at my heart! after I got him, I saw 5 or 6 more listed... So I wonder if he is as limited as they say.. *shruggs*

is it just me or does he have a bit of a big nose... not that I mind... I seem to be drawn to thoes types of guys... ^^ I finally saw his profile and it looks big... Maybe it's just me...

But I rather like his profile. Yes, his nose is prominent, but his chin is very soft. I think it balances quite nicely, and looks unique. Most dolls with 'big noses' have pointy chins, too. ^ ^

He has 16mm eyes, though. That's surprising, because they look big in his head! It gives him a more mature look to have smallish eyeholes, though. He's such an interesting doll @_@

I too purchased a Dean. Ooo it made my mom so mad.
What bothers me more then a large nose, are his little hands. I don't fancy little hands.
His body's ok.

I like a guy with a bigger nose... as long as it isn't HUGE... I dunno, gives them more character. ^^

 

I don't really like boy dolls -- I like other people's boy dolls, and pictures of boy dolls, but I've never had the urge to buy one myself. Except... um... now. Bad Kiwi!! If I buy him then someone else has to get sold ;_; He's such a "perfect guy" though. Not too young, not too old, not to scowly but not too cloying. He'd be versatile... And a perfect boyfriend for my new SD. *sigh*

Dean'll soon be on his way.
I may even get him before Christmas.

 

Dean is GORGEOUS. I wish I had the money to get him right now. I love him as much as I love the Elf El Dreaming Vampire head (that's saying A LOT). He is so soft and feminine... and still doesn't look too much like a girl to me. He's realistic without being TOO human... He's just... Beautiful. *-*

Congrats to all of you getting him. Hopefully one day I'll have my own.

 

I emailed the eBay seller and she said there was a delay with the faceups. He's probably not going to ship until the 29th. T_________T
