I got my custom eyes today, I still might play around with the positioning a bit but what a difference! Now hopefully the weather will be decent for pictures with the camera soon.

 

Very nice. The new eyes make her look like a real little girl.

 

I thought they did too, much more realistic. I made time for pictures today, she is a little dreamer.

Has anyone done a B.I.D/K.I.D hybrid? On the iplehouse website on the body reviews they showed K.I.D heads on B.I.D bodies

Thank you! It’s funny how they have a personality of their own and sometimes turn out different than you imagine.

 

That is so true. They often "tell" you who they are and how they want to dress once they arrive. Even renaming them can be an adventure. I may have a name all picked out, but it doesn't suit them and it is useless to try to convince them otherwise

 

I have a hard time naming my dolls, I end up calling them by their sculpt name but I wish I could think of names. I guess I’m going to have to search my favorite books for some ideas.
