Iplehouse EID and SID Discussion Part 16

i wonder... as Iplehouse released new feet for SID and EID woman- are they the same? they can wear the same shoes. So- does this make sence to have two different feet there?

 

hi guys i was wondering what kind of jointed hands will be best for a iplehouse e.i.d men?
i was thinking about Dika Doll jointed hands
but what do you guys think it could be de best option?

I dont have them. It's something I have seen before with others and kept in mind for someday to purschase. The hands alone is $100 and that's something on bottom of my list for now. I have seen someone do comparasion pictures when I googled it a while ago. Maybe you could google it up too.

 

It says on their website that they can (but aren't fond of, apparently) make tan jointed hands... Cloudsorano do you happen to remember what you googled when you found that picture?

My Edan needs different hands, Iplehouse gave him yaoi hands and while it's highly amusing I'm not overly fond of them (which is too bad cause they're sculpted beautifully.) I guess I'd just worry about color matching, I feel like that light brown color of his is going to be the death of me...

I would suggest you check the Doll Legend 70cm male jointed hands. In my opinion, Doll Legend's jointed hands are the best. Check their thumb's part, you will get why I love them. But I don't know if their tan resin match with IH tan resin. You can go to acbjd, they have a section for jointed hands which you can easily find info on different hands.

I have not been posting on this thread for awhile but I have a question. When Soo was introduced I purchased her with the company face-up. I loved the head so much that I ordered another Soo a few months later. I had a professional face-up done on this Soo. My first Soo head has not yellowed at all but my second Soo head has yellowed badly - even but very yellow. Why would this have happened? Any ideas appreciated. Thank you

 

It most likely would be the MSC that yellowed. They do yellow too.

Hi, I'm new here I've just fallen in love with sid felix and I'm getting a body soon so my question is: does iplehouse sell heads separately? :3 and also... could you spam me your felix?

 

Iplehouse do not sell the head separately. Only time they sell them separately is if they discontinue the sculpt.
Currently Kamaru, asthanti, Rebecca, and luo is being discontinued and sale ends on 30th of September.
Careful finding it second hand, make sure it's legit.

lately i browsed through the iplehouse page a lot and found a stunning EID outfit, which seems to be discontinued. Speaking of the demon hunter set. Does anyone know if there is a chance Iplehouse will restock it? Have they done so before? The second hand market isn't helping much atm. I can't find it.

 

A bit excited here. I just made a good deal for a second hand Iplehouse Claude doll. S.I.D size. Should get the money by the end of this year. Maybe even sooner. So, now I need to know a bit of him. How does he pose? Does he fit in normal 1/3 clothes? Anything special I need to know?

 

I used to have the Demon Hunter Set, I got it second hand and sold it second hand. Unfortunately, once it's sold out, they are not going to restock it. Demon Hunter Set is from several years ago and it has not been restocked. Your best bet is to find it second hand.

@Emma DD White Wow, this thread is quite dead! You asked 2 weeks ago about your future Claude. I don't have an SID, but I have several JID / mini dolls which are basically built the same way. From what I've seen on videos from other people and from my boys, They will need to be man-handled to pose, but they can pose, and usually stand really solidly. Their 'Peanuts' which are in their elbows and knees, always seem to get stuck inside the arms and legs. Inside the head, Iplehouse has slots for the S hook to sit in. Each slot allows for better range one way or the other (looking up or down). So basically, you get a doll that CAN do a lot of great poses, with awesome sculpture, but fussy as heck to make it do what you want. However, if you are patient and learn to work it (easier said than done when working with clothes on) and take your time, these dolls can take amazing photographs!

@Kodounai another option is finding a seamstress who can make a version of the idea or things you like about that set, and maybe make it better, all to your personal specifications Just a thought!
