Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     3. Well, I'm in love with him. But I just bought a whole herd of dolls (Heliot, Amber, Yeon-ho head, Hwa-lan head...). I can't swing the LE version of him at over $1000 for the basic doll without faceup - which is a shame, because those arms and that tan (and those subtly-blue veins) are just to kill for.

      Looks like I'll be waiting to see what the general release version looks like.

    7. They said it would be charged to my credit card. They advised me to cancel the original order and make a new order then select the proper payment method.:|

      I did that but with the same result. :doh

      So I cancelled the new order. And then accessed to paypal, and sent money directly to IH's paypal account. I wish that it would work out ok!

    10. Awww 4 Luos are still left as of this message. Whyyy must they tempt me? I was hoping he would sell out ASAP so I wouldn't reconsider! lol. Just keep thinking, "The model body will be just as good, the model body will be just as good" (trying to postpone dolly spending).

    13. Iplehouse has already stated that the heads can't fit other bodies, and I think when they say won't fit, it means the neckhole is too large for any body that is not their own. Unless you can extensive mod the head, I imagine it will look rather silly on other bodies. EIDs have very strong jaws that need a wide neck to compliment them.

    14. The neck hole is only one part of the matching concerns.
      The proportion is even more important. Of coures if the neck is too slim or short, it will look odd, but if the proportion and the color is OK, I don't think the neck hole is a problem since I don't need to look him always from the lower position to see the neck hole.
      I believe that IP didn't see all the bodies of different companies, do they? How to judge? The head circle shows the head is not a huge one.

    15. Well, Iplehouse knows that the EIDs won't work on their YIDs, which is a little above 60cm and their necks are the standard 10-11 cm that most dolls have. So we can assume that most 60cm bodies will look weird, and they're usually too skinny anyways. The taller bodies could work, SD16/17, Dollshe, Unidoll/Raurencio, Mecha Angel etc. But we won't really know until someone tries them.

    19. Uh, good luck with that! I tried the same thinking and failed, LOL. :sweat The YID NC Ryan was an instant "must purchase jailbait adorable boy", but Luo was a late decision. And honestly, I don't get it... I don't like muscular builds, and after seeing them in person, I HAD decided these boys were just to massive for me. Akando makes my Dollshes/Feeple/etc. look like twigs! :o At first glance Luo was not my type, however I did feel that his head sculpt worked really well with the Super hero body. (I would have adored the Akando & Evan sculpts on a model body.) :D IMO the darker skin is the main reason for getting the NC versions. With the Luo head, I think that's what makes the body work so irresistibly for me. *shrug* I'll see how I feel after seeing him in person. :sweat

    20. I actually had ordered & then cancelled my Luo order for about 3 times because I couldn't make up my mind. Then I finally convinced myself I preferred honey smooth skin tone a.k.a realskin compared to the darker tan and preferably one that's not smiling, plus the fact that all these second thoughts must mean something so I bought tan Akando instead. God, I hope he solds out soon ^^; I really, really don't wanna know if I made the right decision or not because he's just as awesome!
