lol Yeah I'm soooo tempted by alot of the clothing there... My poor boy is coming home naked! Eeek! I will be buying him some pants and trousers soon enough. He doesn't wear tops, he's convinced it's his house therefore he can do anything he wants. lol

But wow you have to pay a bank transfer fee? That sucks... That's why I'm thankful I just use paypal. But yes, you can go to the basic EID section and buy him some spare hands. I didn't even realise you could do that till just now. I could buy my baby boy a spare set of hands and even get them in the brown skin if I wanted to! Awesome, I'm glad you asked and that I checked because I'm really glad to know that.

 

Well, I didn't get help from them, but found the password in Keychain of my Mac - that's how I knew Iplehouse site simply cut off the last letter of my password and that's why it was always wrong) At least it works for now...)

Ah well see my boys don't go out in the sunlight and they rarely ever leave the house. If they do they are alway in their carry case so it doesn't matter so much about him not having a top to me. He's not going to be anywhere he can be hit even by indirect sunlight let alone direct so no sicky boy for me either. Plus I'm extremely fussy on his clothing and the only top he would wear is one of those sleeveless tops which wouldn't protect him much.

That sucks about not getting any help though. But at least your Mac had it saved right? That's something at least. But eh I suppose I'll just make my boy a black hoody to wear, but that'll have to wait till he gets here so I can measure him properly. I'm not entirely sure if I WILL get him some extra hands yet... I'm really trying to find some way to find some jointed hands that might be big enough for him so I can paint them up to match his skin tone and then he can have moveable hands instead of just frozen ones. XD

 

I take my dolls out sometimes, and they simply sit on shelves in my room, but I try to protect them from sun and air con. All of them are fine, but still)) I always worry about that inner green elf inside of them))
I have Soom jointed hands, and I have feeling they gonna be extremely small for EID.... also, their resin quite pale... does they make tan hands? DZ has jointed tan hands, for 70cm body, but you have to wait for period of time they sell it...
I myself thinking about pair of jointed hands for Saint, if I get him)

 

I'm actually looking at the Dikadoll SD13 jointed hands. Which would be bigger than the Soom ones I believe. I'm not worried about the tan, I'd probably get them in white skin and then just colour them to match as best as possible. Someone I know has the DZ 70 cm hands and wants to know if they'll fit her planned SE Iplehouse Chase or not. So yeah not sure, but I'm gonna ask around and see if there is any way to get jointed hands for my big boy. XD

 

Just to butt in a little... ArcaneDesires, I think you mean the Dikadoll 70cm hands? There are a few pictures of them on EID guys and it looks like they fit quite well. The SD13 hands would be very small on an EID. Also, you can now special order the Dikadoll hands in tan resin (I just ordered some through Mint on Card). If I end up getting a LT Kamau, I will definitely be trying them out on him

and my boy will eventually be made up to look like the Guy on the left of that pic.

Oh I fully intend to charge up his eyes and make them glow in the dark. I have a night time shoot all planned out for him. hehe Luckily though I don't have any friends, I already scared them all off by myself. lol but yeah I'm hoping that with Kamau's already smouldering, dangerous looks and those eyes that he's gonna look as scary as my boy is meant to do. XD

And yes, my boy will have his ears modded into elf ears, wings tattoo'd on his back, the sargeant stripes tattoo'd on his arm and the millions of scars all scattered over his body eventually too. He's gonna take a lot of work, but he's my most beloved boy ever, so he deserves to be perfect. XD And Kamau is just the most perfect mould ever for him. I saw the face and just knew that I had to have a Kamau to be Sarge. XD

 

If you scared them all off, then they are never been real friends of you, so doesn't worth any worries)) You ll meet people who understand you and like you any way.
Ears, scars, tattoo... wow)) That's a whole project)) I wanted to give some scars to my boy, but his skin looks soooo perfect... eh....
I actually thought about Luo first. And Dark Brown Kamau didn't touch my feelings.... but when I saw light brown one "buuuuy meeee..... buuuuy meee"
I haven't ordered him yet, and already shopping for his wigs, eyes and such

 

Exactly, which is why I got rid of them. lol But yes, I have HUGE plans for my native american boy. I'm still trying to find someone who can make his custom wig for me... but yeah Luo is gorgeous, but his face just isn't right at all. Akando was the closest I ever thought I'd get to my boy, but then bam light brown Kamau. Yummy! I do like the Darker skinned one, but probably wouldn't own one myself.

Originally it was the RealSkin one that jumped out at me and said BUY ME NOW! but he was too pale... He's still calling to me though. Kamau in RS is just simply gorgeous! but the brown skin one... My dream doll, I swear he really is. I love shopping for wigs, and eyes and things. Such fun. XD

 

So I caved and bought a LE Kamau. He's so delicious...

Excellent! Mine is not just one of my oldest characters, but my brown skin Kamau will be my absolute oldest character. I must admit that's the thing that kills me the most about Kamau... His totally kissable lips! They are just like WOW! I fell in love with his lips before anything else.

If he was real and I saw him he'd be in trouble! lol But then so would the Real Skin Akando. It's the lips on him too. I just adore them so much.
