Iplehouse EID Special Edition - Akando / Evan / Kamau / Gentle Akando

I love his nose, and his eyes, he's going to definitely need a slight parting in his lips for a slightly cheeky grin though...

I never thought he'd be released in this colour... *swoon*

 

I too love his nose, there's just something about the shape of it that makes me grin. lol ohh a cheeky grin on Kamau huh? Man that would be fun to see! I look forward to it.

As for the colour... Well I had VERY high hopes that they would. I messaged them asking *coughahembegggingcough* to make it and they said they had no plans right now, but they would certainly consider it. I just didn't realise they'd do it at such a wonderful time for me. All these gorgeous guys are badly calling to me though. It's driving me nuts, I want them all! They are so gorgeous!

 

I really hope I can get him grinning how I want him to, plus, he's going to be a shyyyyy guy. Haha, I always do this, I take a doll with an EID body, and make them shy!!

I've put him on layaway, so he might be a while, but I'm really excited~~ >w< I might mod him a little in the pants too then he'll be even more shy.

 

Yeah my boys on layaway and only half paid off, so I know how that goes. But seriously, you're intriguing me now. I really wanna see how such a gorgeous, dangerous looking hunk can be turned into a shy guy. I REALLY wanna see this guy now. XD

Got my first EID clothing order- now all I need is the Luo! I did forget some shoes- not sure how I managed that but oh well. He can run around in a tank top and some jeans with no shoes for awhile.

I must say, I am excited to get him but I am really looking forward to all the Kamau box openings there are going to be!

 

I solved that login problem with Iplehouse at least. Now me, being stupid, piercing choice of "with thigh joint", and think, what is better, him, looking good naked, or him, with a bit more of poseability? Vanilla, Vanilla, where's ur brains....
kadepie cool)) I want so many pieces of clothes for him... But I'm saving for another doll, which is gonna be about another $1000, so Kamau gonna have small wardrobe for 3 months at least.... ( Hope he's not gonna run away to someone with big money))

 

ArcaneDesires, I was ok with Kamau in Brown and RealSkin, but LightBrown is simply perfect)) he was too pale for me in RealSkin and too dark in Brown one, this one, can be considered as Dark Tan, which is gonna suit him. I'm still choosing eyes for him (I'm slower than a tortoise with decisions if I've time), probably ll get 3 pair of different colors, and then we will see. Always like this, I think that blue eyes would be perfect for my doll, so I buy blue, green and dark brown. For sure, in the end, dark brown suits him the best.

Hello all,

I was wondering how often or if there is a pattern as to when and how often Iplehouse releases their Limited offerings? Is it once a year type of thing or several times a year or sporadic and chancy? (I have two EID’s coming and I’m just wondering how fast or slow I’ll get the chance to pick up one I missed this time.) When this period is over on April 18th, will they focus on another size or what? Is there any rhyme or reason as to when and how they do this?

I’m used to ordering my dolls second hand but I’m so loving these EID molds.

 

Well, a bunch of my girlfriends and myself are planning on making dolls for our characters in our short story that we're all going to be collaborating on soon. This means I need two, since one was my boyfriend's character and he's no longer with us. But Akando fits his description very well, with that little slightly shy look. And that body, wow, the body fits him so well considering his "job". Talk about a sleeper hit with me.

But what has me worried is the thigh thickness. That warning has seriously set off something in my head that basically means (more sewing plz). What are you thoughts on it before I decide to place an order for that gorgeous manly man.

 

I really love the realskin boys!Especially Kamau and akando but I never see a EID in real life and I'm worried because I'm scared he dont fit with my other 70cm boy.I try to find picture with other 70cm doll but I cant find one.
So if you have an EID and a 70cm doll (I dont care about the comapny) could you post a pics or a link please?

Shame I don't have my DoD and my EID boy yet or I'd post pics for you. Hopefully someone will have pics for you.

 

When I get my EID, I'll post a photo with him with my boys, I have an SSDelf, SDelf, DiM and Super Gem and soon a Mecha Angel body, so it'll be quite a comparison. xD

 

Ok, guys. I need advice. I'm getting a nice paycheck next week and was going to pay down a loan I have...but Evan is calling to me. I thought Akando was my man but I'm getting a Luna and I think Evan would suit her well...plus I'm in love with his gorgeously sweet baby face! I feel like I have a little angel on one shoulder tell me to pay down my loan and a devil on the other shoulder telling me to get Evan.

 

Well you know... there's always layaway. But um yeah, I'm probably not the best person to talk, I constantly have the little devil on my shoulder saying 'Pay Kamau off now... save for DoD Luke and then you can save for this!' and things and yeah I really ought to be paying off my own debts but I swear... I'm paying things off bit by bit. One day I will pay it off, I will.

So um yeah, in all honesty I guess I have to be all mature and stuff and say pay off your debts. But but this IS the special boys thread and come on, Evan IS gorgeous. XD Um that's totally not helpful now is it? Sorry!

 

I just ordered my SE Akando today! So excited! I was able to scrape together enough to pay about 2/3 of my order up front, so the rest is on layaway, which I hope to pay within the month.
