Iplehouse EID Special Edition - Akando / Evan / Kamau / Gentle Akando

I thought that I'd have a little breathing space before the EID guys were issued, as I'd just ordered Ashanti. And now I'm having to decide who else I can sell from my dolly family so that Kamau can join Ashanti here. Hoping that Kamau comes in the model body option.

 

I'd love to be able to get an RS Kamau but not just after finishing paying off Tedros. So I'll have to wait until the next time they offer.

And I must say Chase looks very nice in RS.

 

One thing I don't really get . . . . .are they really offering ALL of those guys again, or is this new order period going to be just the new Kamau and Chase dolls?? Does anyone know for certain?

 

It's going to be all the male EIDs.

 

I do hope you're right, but I can't figure out how anyone can say that for certain. Has there been some announcement indicating that ALL of the EID men will be available again in this "special edition"?

Right when I had pretty much settled that I was going to get Dark for my birthday...

And for people wondering if you can get the model body, there's a drop down on the page for the body type (so yes, you can ;3 ).

Well that stinks! They say March 19th it's either March 19th or 20th everywhere in world so who forgot to flip the switch so we could order? Great and I don't even know if Evan will be on list as his was only one with date saying Sept.

 

They're all available to order now.

 

Waaah!!! I want RS Akando, the new Kamau, and I'm paying for Ashanti. How am I going to do all of this??? Actually, I think I can hold out and pray that Kamau will come back in the darker skin tone, but I NEED RS Akando for my story and I need him like yesterday. But I can't afford him AND Ashanti. I really am going to have to sell some dolls to try to make this happen.

 

Oooh, so glad you all were right about all of the guys being available . . . . but now how do I decide who would be the best companion for my RS Yur?

It figures! I get to work and they're up for order! I can't get to IH from work so I'll have to wait til lunch time.

I have wanted a Luo for quite awhile but that RS Chase is very tempting.

 

What makes me tear my hair out in frustration is how they brought out Ashanti in dark brown resin but not Kamau. Since they already did real skin LE's a while back it would have more exciting to have the usual line up in LT and Kamau in both LT and back in his beautiful dark brown skin.

 

I think Iple has pretty much said they won't be releasing Kamau in the dark brown again, so LT is probably as dark as he's gonna get from now on. (course they have been known to change their mind , so guess there is hope they will do that). I do wish they had offered some of the other guys in the LT resin as it's the prettiest of the resin's and easiest to photograph IMHO. I'm keeping my fingers crossed Ashanti will be released in that tone eventually as well, since I can't get her and Kamau both now, and that LT Kamau is calling me loudly! Sigh.......

 

YES! Iplehouse totally made my birthday! (Even if it's not till the 28th.) I have started my layaway for the beloved LT Kamau! I am sooooooooo happy right now!

Ergh but that RS Kamau is calling me too... I want him and Akando as well. Why Iplehouse, why!

 

I wish they offered the muscular/strongman upper arms in realskin sold separately ^^; I asked about it once and they said no ><; but here I'm seeing a LT Kamau with it in the pics ><; baah!

 

Yeah I checked with them yesterday and they said that if you order the Light Brown skinned Kamau with the superhero body you get the strongman arms with him.

I'm glad to hear that! I've been wanting a guy with the strongman arms and the fact that it's the gorgeous Kamau is a real plus.
