Iplehouse EID Special Edition - Dexter!

I have Dexter on layaway but couldn't afford his clothes (so beautiful but expensive Oo) I see him as a punk and a bad boy. That's the nose xD... Iplehouse dolls look so real ! It's very easy to picture them as humans.

 

I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of "Dexter Bad Boys," mine included, LOL!

 

I'm just finishing up my Layaway payments, so he probably won't come to me until the end of January.

 

Me neither, last payment in the end of November, then the "real" wait begins!

 

Mine should be home in january. My last payment is due at the beginning of december...
BUT if i'm lucky, he Will already be complete and ready to ship when I pay him off so he'll be home before thé new year and my Claude following a few weeks after x3
When do Iple start making the doll? Is it only After the Last payment? Please tell me it's sooner

 

It's sooner. They start after the second payment, I believe, but don't know for sure. I just know that if you stick to your payment plan, they are very good about getting the doll out ASAP after that last payment.
I usually end up paying off early, so I can't give an example. But they're usually just a couple weeks after I pay early, so I think they may even start after the first payment.
My Dex was paid off the first of October, but I did get him with the faceup, so that adds three weeks to the waiting time at least. I'm kind of hoping for a Christmas-ish delivery date.
Maybe I'll make him a Santa suit... lol

 

They go by volumes I think? Cause I paid my initial payment for Claude, then a week later I was a bit on the fence about skin colour and I asked if I can change it. They said they already sent the order to manufacturer. So I guess it's just at their discretion :P

 

Iph why are you trying to bleed me to death with such gorgeous dolls....if you continue on doing this my next step will be bankrupcy....Will they confiscate dolls when you apply for bankruptcy? I hope not. I better pace myself cause I do not care to give my collection up.....

 

where are all the dexters? i am anxious to see them!

 

I think it's a matter of days now. A couple of people I know said theirs were shipping now. Mine will either be a birthday arrival for me or a New Years arrival.

I think the face mold of Dexter is gorgeous he remind me a lot of the actor of Knight Rider the new version not the old one. The name of that actor is Justin Bruening. I think Dexter and Justin look a lot alike but that just my opinion.
I really hope Iplehouse realize Dexter someday without him been a limited edition.

So, I ordered my Dexter in Sept & paid him off the first of this month - I'm hoping I get him before Christmas too. I got the faceup. Its saying 'before shipping' on my order at Iplehouse.
Can't wait!

 

I think he's hot. Justin could look like a less brooding version of Dexter.

 

Yeah, I paid mine off the 1st week of November. Now I find myself checking everyday to see if those words have changed from "Before shipping" to "On shipping."

OMG I just notice Dexter is now in the Basic EID men. I wish i was rich to buy him . I think I will have to save to buy him some day probaly in a year or so. He is so my dream BJD.
