Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Ok..whew. After days of having Dexter's page perpetually open, I've finally come to the conclusion that Arvid's the only EID that's really gonna do it for me. The more I stare at Dexter, the more..bulbous it seems the tip of his nose is. I adore that strong bridge but it ends awkwardly, I feel. Shame! Maybe one of these days I'll look again and see.

    3. I'm totally taken with this guy myself, although I completely understand that he's not going to be for everyone. I felt that way about Gentle Akando who, for me, is at the extreme opposite end of the attitude spectrum.

    7. I really want to order him too, I"ve just been debating if I should wait until he's a basic, or just go ahead, bite the bullet and order him now. Just not sure whether I want the model or superhero body, or whether I want lt brown or realskin.

    9. Well..., I know that you and I think a lot alike. It's almost too bad that they didn't do him earlier. He would have made a great brooding Z with that brow of his. Remember that if you want him in that Lt you'll have to do it during this ordering period or wait until you can get him on the custom order.
      I definitely want him in RS because I think he'll look great as an "Opposites Attract" partner to Arvid. I thought about the Superhero body too. The problem I have with that body is that most outfits are fitting the model body but not the SH one. Even the leg size is different, and lord help you if you custom order one and get the "Strongman" arms, LOL!

    13. I think he's the kind of sculpt that really doesn't shine until he's faced up (beard or no). And he definitely isn't a pretty boy. I'm looking forward to seeing his basic version.

    15. Actually I've loved him since The beginning. There wasn't much "growing" left to do. X) his eyebrows were really The only thing I didn't like about him. But seeing What I Had to erase to make him PERFECT, I think I'd be confident enough to mod him :D if I can get the money I am definitely bringing him home :) ( if I do get him I want him now because I want The outfit and weapons x) )

    16. I figure I'll get him as is. I just haven't decided on the beard or not. Kind of liking the beard though. I'll enjoy him that way for awhile. Once I see enough different face ups and brow MODing I can always change him up later, or better yet. If he's offered as a basic I'll get another head and have that be a softer version of my same guy.

    17. Hm, nope, without the wrinkles, he's just not the same. There's enough pretty boys out there - I like him just the way he is. *gg* Let's hope, one day, I'll be able to get him. Right now, I'm not getting him cos I really, really want an LLT Ludwig (be it head or full doll ...).

      I'm starting to love him even with his wrinkles though. HAVE TO BUY HIM NO MATTER WHAT!! who needs a kidney?? xD


      BTW, randomness: am I the only one who think the body and head aren't from the same batch?? the body is in more yellow-ish tone while the head is more pink-ish

    19. i've been out of the loop with Iple so hopefully someone can answer this---did/do they ever sell the heads separately? i could be making this up, but I thought they did so at some point? I have two of these bad boys and I just want Dexter's head :D.

    20. Yeah, I've never been into pretty boy looking dolls. I want my adult dolls to have the kind of look both Dexter and Arvid have.
      As for the head not matching the body. It's kind of hard to tell. The focus of the camera is definitely on the head. Some of the shots definitely show a slight difference in the body and head, but a couple of them are a little harder to tell.
