Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. You know, I wish they'd let us choose the Chimera parts as options one by one. I want those clawed hands a LOT, but I don't care for the Lion-Thing head or the tail or the feet. But it's all or nothing, it seems.

    3. I think Iplehouse is going out of their way to have the Chimera parts as optional at all. It's probably a lot more work for them than just producing a set, limited doll with set parts. It was nice of them to listen to customer requests and sell him like that.

      You could always join a split. ^_^

    7. Oh, what a handsome fellow. :aheartbea The Chimera parts are quite interesting, they do give off that "mythical beast" vibe, but thankfully aren't my thing. I can't decide if I want him or not, so I think I'll wait to see him in NS.

      I actually LIKE those fantasy parts! I have a character who Tedros' semi-lion bits fit perfectly! =O But-but-but....I JUST finished the doll who currently inhabits the character, after 2 years of primping him. To change dolls now would be very annoying, to say the least.

    10. I got the feeling they where loosing costumers as many didn't want to pay the rather sizeable amount extra for parts they won't use, so really, it benifits them just as much as anyone who will now buy the LE version over the standard edition. :3

    13. Iplehouse have taken them down for now but if you look back on page 12 of this thread you'll find some :) Waiting to see the price when it's posted up. Do Iplehouse go by Korean time or US time?

      Seriously that made my night.

      Also, DAMN! He is so hot :(. I wasn't going to get another EID this year but I think I've fallen for him. I'm only mildly frustrated because I can't afford him at all right now (I still owe my parents money >_<) and he's in Real Skin. I'm worried that if they bring him out in Basic, they won't do a Real Skin sale like they did with Luna and Yur because he already came in Real Skin :(.

      The tanned skin look sreally good on him though and I even like the facial hair. As for the Chimera parts, I likely wouldn't order them ^^;. Although the lion head doesn't look too terrible (omg the lack of ears still makes me lol) it doesn't feel right for me to get him with it.

      Blah...darn you Iplehouse for breaking my resolve. I survived Chalco fine :(....you ruin me completely.

    17. I suspect they start the sale whenever they finish building his sales page. I.e., it is different every time. ^^ But since this guy's got an ordering-period, there's no need to set your alarm or stay up till silly-late. You can order at your leisure until March 7.

      You only have to worry about your timing if it's an LE by quantity - if they're only releasing 10, or 20, or 50, etc., then you have to make a mad dash & grab! But I think Iples had enough of that chaos after we made such a mess scrambling for Akando. Ordering-periods don't have that seductive element of bloodlust that a traditional LE-release has, but they're so much more relaxed and civilized. :whee:

    19. This is going to sound sad, but I've been on the IH Noctarcana Circus webpage clicking "refresh" every few hours waiting for the man of my dreams (in doll form) to go on sale. What makes it even more sad is that when he does go on sale...ah nevermind.

    20. I’ve liked the EID man, but never enough to want one. Tedros has such nice character and mysterious charm. I might get him in standard version. Though, I do love the tanning skin, I just got tapped out from the limited edition Jessica.
      I too wish they would show his sculpt without face-up. I’m not a fan of the face up on him. Anyone planning on doing their own face-up, or having it done by another artist besides iplehouse’s?
