They'll probably do a basic Tedros plus a limited realskin version but the faceup won't be the same. However, with Iple you should be able to request the Noctarcana faceup.

 

I'm trying to understand the beard part. There's the option of no beard, add beard for $70 but what is the last "Add (no beard) for $60?
Plus looking at all the options I still realize that I'm still on a budget. I want the clothes and shoes but may have to skip them.

 

If you want the face up with the beard it is $70.00
Face up without the beard is $60.00

I think there's a separate body blushing option for the normal EIDs somewhere on the site. You may be able to order it that way? I'd ask on the Q&A board before going that route, but it could be an option.

 

There is a menu option (Faceup/Blushing) on the left.

In there you choose E.I.D. There are only offering hands and nipples. You must do this option twice (put both into you cart) if you want both. It is $5 for nipples and $10 for nails.

At least that is what I did when I ordered mine a few minutes ago.

I believe I'll be waiting for a bit to make that purchase, though; thank goodness for that oh-so-civilized ordering period (and for layaways)! First things first, a side-trip to the Soom stables to negotiate a pet for him....

Re overbite/not: Doesn't look to me like he has any more of an overbite than, say, Barron & Lion (sorta has Barron's lips, Lion's chin). I think it's an optical illusion caused by looking at the beard pictures, & then looking at the not-beard pictures-- your eye keeps trying to fill in something on his lip. ^^ Definitely not ducklipped like Evan & Akando & Jessica. And he's definitely not one of those guys who only grows a beard to hide a short upper-lip or a weak chin.

Model & Superhero are about the same size - Model just has most of his torso & leg muscles deflated, slightly longer legs, and about half the ass. But he probably doesn't weigh much less.
Just wanted to make sure you grasp the sheer magnitude of what you're in for! *oof* He is a definite feng shui commitment. But his poise and gravity will seduce you in the end. At first I didn't want any 70cm Gigantors in the house either, but was very quickly converted. It's just so cool to see this thick handsome excellently-proportioned miniature gentleman sitting there in your house.

 

Meh, I'm really considering a body swap lol I have the superhero body on my Caleb, but been tempted by the model body X.x;; But at least I got dibs on the animal parts with another person (sans the head X.x). So I'm glad for that. He's a werewolf and that's the only way I know to get him closer to that.... aside from making a mascot outfit ^^;

 

I personally dont like the chimera parts at all O_o his head is wayyyy too awkwardy small. And he looks like a Lion. I dont think he's a wolf at all >>;

That's definitely a cat looking nose.

 

It says lion right on the page, though a little hard to find. He's a lion chimera.

OK.... got out the plastic (a no no since I just quit my job).... marked all my wants.... then it sank in that I don't have to rush, it's not "first come-first served", he will be available until March 7th!! Which gives me a little time to find a buyer for my real skin Luo.... *hint, hint*

Not really interested in the lion parts, just don't appeal to me, but don't know that I will ever redress him... love that outfit. It has a ruggedness that makes you think of mysterious gypsies or pirates and other fantasies. Won't change his name either since MadamMauMau told us it means "Gift of God".

Ugh, I love the outfit sooooooo much. It would go so well for a character I have in mind for another doll. Does anyone know how well the Iplehouse clothes will fit a Unidoll? They're around the same height, but I usually hear issues about the bulkiness of the bodies.

Same here. I am going to pass on him for now because gorgeous as he may be, I still think I want Luo more.

 

I'm very happily suprised that his outfit is such good value for money as it is stunning - I was expecting around $200 mark......

I'm not sure what I'm doing.... there is no question about his handsomeness....but I might only get to make one big doll purchase this year..... (poor me)....I'm thinking I might wait after all as my gut is telling me Soom is gonna come out with something really big soon....though of course there is that naughty little layaway....hmmm

edit note: If he were tall and skinny like a Mecha Angel, he would be mine!

 

Whoof! He's certainly a massive hunk of resin!

The main thing I like about the Model body vs. the Superhero body (personal preference) is that his arms hang straight down and he visually looks more slender -- even though it's only a 2cm difference in chest circumference, it makes a difference in how he stands and how he looks in clothing.

They're both quite handsome, I'm just looking for a rangier body for my fantasy were-Beast (because you KNOW I'm going all Beast-ly for this fellow . . . although the Tedros head is gorgeous and is going to get some use!) and I wanted to be sure that I didn't need to go with the larger body, which doesn't quite fit my aesthetic quite as much.
