Iplehouse EID Woman Luna

For hybrids you could always wait to see the EID Model body they've been talking about and see if her head would work on that. ^ ~ Still a hybrid, but much easier! That's what I've been contemplating with Jessica, as she'd make a lovely younger version of one of my characters.

She is so awesome. Wow! 8D I totally see a dystopian sci-fi cat character of mine in her, as well as a hardcore zombie girl for the normal head. I tend most towards the cat head anyways. :3 Gotta have her. So cool. Need more hardcore, toughass female characters and dolls. Gnnnggghhh. O_ø *checks out on Iple site*

Twigling- I don't know what you found that link, but thanks! It's a great comparision photo. I forgot they had that many colors! Couldn't they just have snuck a grey body in there? I'd love to see how she looks with the rest of the colors?

No doubt she's amazing in the black leather, but I wonder how that skintone would look with the other outfits that they have offered for sale? (Many of which I have already purchased for EID girl).
I think I will have to decline on this one. (My bank account is thrilled). But I was SO wanting and waiting for this girl for my lonely Evan....sigh.
This Iplehouse description of the rose/grey is still so vague to me. The part about it being "very bright" concerns me. Sounds like she'd make a great animated character; but I need more versatility for my gal--especially one that big.

Just an observation, but I would think they'd reserve the grey color and the name "Luna" for a werewolf character rather than a feline character.

I love everything about her, except after reading, now I'm nervous about the light affecting her skin. It's probably for the best, the nervousness will keep my bank account intact.

 

I love her. Skin color is amazing.

 

For anyone who was interested, I asked if they were going to release her cat parts as a basic set eventually, and they told me that they were limited-only items. :/ I don't think I'll be getting her, since I know I can't afford her, and getting her on a layaway would be pretty irresponsible. Oh well.

 

I love Luna. She's so beautiful, but for now I can only sit back and admire.

I have to ask though... Does anybody else see Emma Watson when they look at her? Or am I just weird?

Nope, I saw it too when I first saw her, it is one of the reasons I'm leaning towards getting her in NS, she's going to be so pretty!

 

Oh thank goodness. Luna would make a gorgeous Emma Watson/Hermione doll. I can't wait to see one.

I keep looking at Luna's page over at Iplehouse. If I were ever to "re-shell" my Terren, I think Luna would be the perfect choice. I can't decide now, as I really love my Shall, but I am really excited to see NS Luna, too. Perhaps that will make my choice for me.

I just saw this girl.. and ho boy do I adore her ;-; but I'll have to wait until they do a normal release on her.. and when I have monies ^^;

gaah... I swore I was going to just stick with either one or all three of my soom tinies... and now I want this big girl ... she has so much attitude! XD

 

Three. If you have big boobs they don't seem unnatural, or unrealistic. Jessica's, in fact, were impressively realistic! But the big thing that stunned me about Jessica was how fit she was! She's like Buffy Summers, but with bigger cups. So, Neonraver, don't feel bad about big dolly guns (or your own). There's nothing wrong with either.

Jessica is dead gorgeous is why. I really think that, for all the 'her boobs are <insert negative comment here>', 'her body has too much muscle', and 'she looks like a Barbie' discussions, there is still going to be some serious buyer's remorse re. Jess.

It's not every day a house puts out a powerful female doll. I think Iplehouse is to be applauded really, and nothing puts it home like seeing Luna. Where Jessica is more rock-hard fox, Luna is more of a Cheshire Cat. You can almost overlay a cat's face over her human sculpt in your head -- even the nose works! She also looks strong, and that's always good for me. A girl has a lot of climbing (and such) to do.

Yeah, actually, this is amazing! And if you've seen Emma in Teen Vogue or in some of her Burberry ads, you know she can carry off a dramatic look!

Hm, but what colour would you paint the freckles on a rose-grey doll?

 

I'm totally in love with Luna, both human and cat. I even did a split to get an extra body for her chimera self. She really is powerful, muscular enough, but womanly, and her face does have a foxy/ cat-like quality even if you don't like the chimera character line.

Nice to see a curvy woman in resin, even though I'm built more like Narae.

I'm going for an ancient Egyptian theme for the girls with the cat character as Bast. No name yet for the Human. They will be consorts with my Euclase. It leaves the style of clothing for them wide open to whatever I can design, from floaty Cleopatra styles to harem wear or ...well...catsuits.

Placing both orders this weekend, and I'm so excited!

Donno, Luna is pretty kick-butt. It may be Euclase who needs the floaty harem wear and winds up as the consort. (Luna has a whip after all!)

Bastet, Pashtet, and Sekmet (more of a lioness) are all cat goddesses (really, first two are two different names for the same composite goddess). What I'm really, really hoping is you post pictures of them when they come in! Cat twins! OMG -- it would be so amazing to see two of them together!!!

I really hope you don't relegate them to harem girls though! Not that it's any of my business at all. But she's such a cool doll!

 

Did anyone notice her little french-tips as a human? Such a great detail! Btw, her cat-claws are to die for!

My husband and I are sharing Luna; we ordered her last night. Now I'm trying to figure out a name for her... we have a Moon name theme going for all our kitties (so we already have a "Luna"... ) so I'm trying to convince him that we should call her Diana since we also already have an Artemis and Selene...

I'm thinking the women will be goddess/queens to his god/king. Maybe they're all sibling? Or their relationship will remain unexplained. Leaves room for sexy photo shoots. But, then some Pharaohs didn't care if his wife was his sister.

I've really been out of the dolly loop this year due to illness and haven't sewn a darn thing and my latest movie is animated not stop-motion, so no dolls are in it. My Bastet/Sekhmet sisters/alter egos are really inspiring me to paint and design new clothes.

Harem clothes are just so sexy. And, I feel no need to be historically accurate. Just not into contemporary clothes for them. I'm certain the only salve girl in the house will be ME!

The split for the body might come earlier than my full girl and her parts since the split's on a 2 month layaway and the full set for me is three months. But, it would be really cool to have them home at the same time. Even if all I have for a while is the body without hands, feet and head (!) I can start making some clothes for the cat woman.

Hehe....floaty clothes for Euclase sounds good. I haven't even painted him! But, the women are going to want their brother/father/lover to be beautiful, so I'd best get to work.

Diana is really perfect for a strong woman. The Huntress. Luna's body reminds me of Linda Carter as Wonder Woman. Fabulous.

There will be tons of photos of my Chimera women and probably a movie. (morphing from human to cat!)

 

Speaking as someone with a winged-Sekhmet tattoo in the middle of my back . . . I approve of this plan!!

(Hehe, I just bought Euclase's outfit for my Choa, to do a Queen Nitocris -- it's a good time for Egyptian-themed dolls, it seems!)
