Iplehouse EID Woman Luna

I had no problem ordering mine on Wednesday using Safari. I hope you can get it straightened out. Of course, it's their weekend right now so you migh not get answers until Sunday night/Monday.

 

The site will not let me log in, and after I fill in my log in information I get a blank page with Japanese script at the top.

When I try and Put Luna in my cart--same thing. I've tried ordering different items--same thing. I've tried using Firefox, Explorer, and Safari.

This is the script that shows up in the upper left of the screen: 스팸입니다.

I tried to order her again right before I logged on here---this is very frustrating.

 

I don't know what to tell you, I was just able to log in and add Luna to my cart without any issue whatsover. Well, apart from mis-typing my password, LOL! Maybe you're having a problem with your ISP? Go to an internet cafe or somesuch tomorrow, or even out to a hotspot and try?

It's the part where you said you tried multiple browsers that puzzles me; that's usually enough. Are you on a local area network (LAN), like a WiFi home network or college network? Or are you directly connected to the modem for your ISP? Are you using Windows or Mac? If so, what version?

Yeah, tech support over forum is always tricky.

If push comes to shove, you can try to make an order via IH Q&A. If you explain your problem, I'm sure they will work with you. But it is the weekend so they'll likely get back to you on Monday.

 

Hmmm... I placed my order at around 10:30 (CDT) today using Safari with no problem. I wonder if it has something to do with the options you're selecting? Maybe there's an error in the system right now that's causing a glitch.

 

I was finally able to order Luna, but from a friend's computer. I had no problems ordering.

I came home and cleared all my cookies, and other stuff, and made sure everything was up to date. Tried to log on to my account--same white page with this in the upper
left: 스팸입니다.

I sent the webmaster another email telling them that I did place the order, but could not get on to my account. I want to see if Iplehouse has any suggestions, and depending on what they say I'll contact Comcast.

I've placed plenty of orders, and love Iplehouse's products---want to continue to order from them.

Well, at least I know I'm getting my Luna now.

That is so weird because I'm on Safari and have Comcast and have no problem logging in. I'm glad you were able to get her ordered.

 

Well for anyone wondering about extra thigh parts for this Luna
I just got a response..they said no. They said it's very difficult
to offer them separately. I'm kind of sad but I understand
their reasons....they would most likely be flooded with extra
parts requests too!! I do wish they had extra/different hand
options....and I would have loved extra heads. lol yeah I'm
feeling greedy right now.

So now to decide on mobility or regular.

just a quick question! What size wig fits the EID women best?

 

I asked about Jessica when she was first offered. IH said that she fit YID size wigs.

 

She fits 8-9 wigs according to Iplehouse

I had no trouble ordering tonight, although I did order earlier just to be on the safe side. I also timed my order so that it would be after 10am KST.

I also ordered regular just because I'm not sure what I think on the mobility joint yet and don't think I'll really miss it as much. Hopefully it was a good decision ^^.

Thanks for everyone's help in this thread! All the pictures and discussions certainly helped my decision to order ^_^.

 

I have been doing some digging around, looking for outfits that might fit Luna... and checking by measurements, it looks like Mecha Angel clothes might actually fit! (Except for the height difference, of course). But the bust, waist, hip, and arm measurements look like they might work. Has anyone seen any Jessica/MA clothing comparisons?

One of their limited outfits would have been perfect for the character I have in mind, but too bad it's sold out. Ah well... secondhand market stalking I will go!

 

I asked Iplehouse when the Basic Luna will be
released and they said at the end of the month.

 

there are some cute new boot's in the eid womens shoes section now. Damn i just put in an order!

 

I look forward to seeing Luna when she arrives, if she comes out standard I would quite like to buy her. She's gorgeous, congrats to everyone who got her!

 

@tj001: You can always combine orders. If you order something before a doll is ready, you can ask Iplehouse to combine the orders and that way you only have to pay shipping for one item instead of both. ^^ Just make sure you tell them on their Q&A thread.

As well, the boots that Luna was wearing in one of the pictures with her in various outfits, is also now on sale. Although I'm considering another pair of shoes that will likely look very nice witht he grey resin.

 

They now have the grey body up for sale, presumably if you want to have each of the heads with a body. $520, available until the 25th.

 

Oh, those fiends! Just when I'd resigned myself to not running a split for the second body, why, why?
