Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I'm probably going to order Ashanti in a couple weeks. She'll be my first Iplehouse doll and my first EID woman. She'll also be my first nonstandard resin doll. My vision for her involves extensive reversible modding - I want to put lenses over her eyesockets like Batou from Ghost in the Shell, and put LEDs in her head. (:

      Man, sewing for her is going to involve a LOT of pattern alteration. Oh well, I was born to suffer.

    2. I think Asa would look beautiful in normal skin with a makeup style closer to Harin. Her LE makeup is kind of over the top, which is why I'm having a hard time deciding if she's really pretty or not. The shape of her eyes really does it for me though. I'm going to wait and see what she looks like as a basic.

    3. I also think Asa would look better in normal or white skin with the smaller breast option. I do like the realskin color but I don't think it looks right on her.

    5. I'm interested in seeing Asa in normal skin. I've managed to get a Luna head and hopefully I'll be able to decide between Asa or Yur once I see the normal skin version. Iplehouse aren't making it easy for people to choose a doll.

      I'll have to get some new doll seating, though. Two EID women is quite a load, and I'm afraid my current shelving can't take it. :P

    10. I ordered Ashanti last night and put the payment through; checking the bank everything seems to be going as it should, and now I wait for the obligatory 30 to 40 days of "Before Shipping".

    15. Ordered Ashanti... this will be my first girly-girl, so I got her with a plaid skirt and white button-down shirt and those adorable ankle boots. Also, her ears are pierced! I will spend my time waiting trying to make earrings for her.... and when she arrives, she'll get a French manicure and pedicure! I'm so excited!

      ...she just has to tell me her name!

    16. Asa as the special edition is the spitting image of an old AD&D character I had. I don't usually go for realskin but I would in this case if I had the money. Sigh. Maybe as a normal doll one day-I'll be curious to see how she looks in the regular edition.
