Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. It's edited 12/23/2007 and I'm pretty sure timchener sold his original SooRi...Jared? The one wearing the headcap and grey striped shirt. But...for some reason I feel like I've seen those pictures before. Maybe it's because it's the same face-up as timchener's original SooRi? Or maybe it's a sign saying I should buy a gentle SooRi, de ja vu. @_@

    5. I've been eyeing that auction for the Gentle head like a hawk.
      But I just bought a sleepy eyed Pado from Dollmore, so I'll have to wait and just watch. :sweat
      I was thinking of getting just the head for my Ichigo to have another range of expressions, but I may just be tempted to get another whole doll! Gah!

      Thank you SOOOO much, StephG for posting those pictures! I know for sure I need one of those now. *chuckle* It was already pretty much a foregone conclusion, but you never know. ;) Man oh man, Soo Ri just has me all wrapped around his little finger.... but it's his eyes that just steal my heart.
      Gosh, he looks wonderful. And I really like that wig on him! My little one track mind just automatically sees a spiky orange wig. ;) But he looks so good in those pictures with that dark brown one. That last picture above is particularly nice looking.
      Please please please post more of him the second he arrives back from the artist! And forever more! ;)

      (I'm afraid that, what with the lack of sugary gift-baskets in the house, & my dislike of chestnuts, I was obliged to veer off the "holiday foods" path, although I did maintain the dark-red christmassy color scheme. ^^)

    7. hahaha you guys. XD I did sell my original Soo Ri and replaced the photos and bio, so as to not double post. And the faceups are actually very different -- the faceup my original Soo Ri was default, done by Iplehouse, and the faceup on my Gentle Soo Ri was done by me. :)

      I hope the new tan boys come home soon. I desperately want one of the tan gentle boys, but I don't think Iplehouse would sell me just the tan gentle head and body separately...

      Maybe someone might want to buy the open-eye'd head...? ;)

    9. Hobby, everybody knows that you gotta be regular if you want to be happy.
      Do you not like figs? They can be so wonderful! Eat em as you would raisins or prunes. Try serving them for dessert with a little slab of gorgonzola, or curls of extra-salty parmigiano/pecorino. Or stew them nice & plump in wine or port or madeira, then serve over cake or make 'em into a tart/cobbler. If you can't take them straight, bake them into some wonderful fruit-bread or spice-cake recipe. <3 I tellya, if it were fresh-fig season out here, Ilya would have been nestled in a pile of those pulpy seedy sexy little sweet treats, instead of risking pomegranate-stains. XDD

      Timchener, I thought I recognized the complete lack of Jared up there in the database. ;;;; Aww! I'm sad to see the doe-eyed little hottie go! But your new Gentle man is just as delicious (and with a great faceup too, I may add). Shame the ordering-period for the Tan set just ended...! You coulda gotten a tan gentle-man with a spare head, or ordered two tan bodies for them. Maybe you'll get lucky on the secondhand market, though. Watch the Marketplace for a month or two after the Tan Soo Ris ship out; there's always somebody who fell out of love after ordering, or somebody who can't bond.

      I will NEVER be able to resist (I love my NS Barron so much already it is almost obsessive), and I have a feeling Arolin will not be pleased at all by having a twin. Only shot I have is that he might find it ironically amusing. (Even if I have a more vague ("healthy") relationship with other dolls, I consider Arolin to be a person) :roll:
