Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Thank you SOOOO much for these pictures. The IRL pics are really drawing me to Soo. I liked her in the site pics, but she's speaking to me in these new photos.

      Sometimes the elbows on the SID bodies look odd and disjointed in owner pics. Has anyone seen an SID body in person and can you give any opinion of these joints? I'd love to know what people think.

The SID elbow-joints themselves are jointed! :XD: I think it's genius-- they made it as an improvement to the big long solid pellet of the EID elbow joint, which just sticks out rigidly when you want to extend the elbow, & doesn't give you much control over the forearm's motion. So adding that hinge to the joint itself will allow the forearm to actually do poses while the elbow's extended. Too clever.

      I wish I could add hinges to all 6 EID elbows at home.... ^^

    6. As much as I wanted to get Tedros in that lovely skin tone, I could not. I'll get him in NS later this year if I'm lucky, really can't do layaway either. At least I got Soo, I think she is very lovely and my girls will love a new SD size girl to talk to when I am at work. Hope hubby won't claim this doll for himself.

      These pictures were taken with a crappy camera in crappy lighting with zero editing, so while they're not artistic wonders, they should give you a good idea of what the sculpts are really like!

      Asa totally blew me away, I have to say!
      Her makeup is simply STUNNING!
      They're all so different compared to the Soom dolls I'm used to seeing there, and it was my first time seeing an EID in person so it was pretty exciting! Wow they are HUGE! xD

    9. I have to admit, the photos from Japan give Soo a depth of beauty that her Iplehouse photos didn't quite suggest. She was already adorable in the Iplehouse photos, but she is a haunting beauty in the new photos. ^_^

      But ahhh...Asa is so graceful! I can't believe I will have that fullset. It's such a dream!

    10. There's definitely something about the white of her skin tone that makes her really difficult to photograph, but absolute perfection when you get it right!

    13. OMG!! I just placed my order for a fullset Asa and Soo, thanks to those great pictures. I want Tedros too but really can't afford him until I can sell more stuff :( I am just so excited; I want to see if I can build a small teahouse setting for them before they arrive.

They are both just stunning, and I went in not even liking Soo - IRL she grabbed my attention and held it. Iple's rose white skintone is my fave WS, I think. It really does have a rosiness to it as well as that white glow . . .

    18. I'm glad I ordered Soo Full Set before I changed my mind, she looks so innocent and sweet in those pics! I also got her hands blushed too, so I am excited to see how it turns out. Will take tons of pics of her when she gets here, I don't have any geisha dolls so she will be my first.

    20. Yes, i too did not think much of Soo when the company pictures came out, but when I saw the other pictures of her, she really captured my heart. She has such a haunting melancholy beauty - I can't wait to try other clothes and looks on her too and see how that translates.
