Yes, she is the Snow Queen Miel. All of my blue dolls have different shades of blue skin, they just have to look great together I have ordered my blue Enyo on layaway, the status of my order was on-hold from the beginning on. I have paid my deposit in time but the status still says on hold. I wonder if that is right..
I paid for my blue Enyo in full & my order says "processing", my guess is that yours is saying on hold until your order is paid for in full? I bet it will say processing like mine does after its all paid for.

Mine says processing and I paid in full so I think it is definitely the layaway ones that say hold...
I've got a blue Enyo on order as well. I was orginally going to have it as layaway, but when I went to pay, I just paid the whole thing instead, and my order finally says processing! YAY!

Yes, it can. Ino has bigger palms, but I don't think Enyo does. Their hands and legs are slightly longer, but not something crucial. I'll try to find a good comparison picture for you later, there was one very useful in Russian forum
