1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Is it weid to have 60cm and 70cm in the same doll family?

Dec 6, 2010

    1. I don't think it would be too odd~ :3 I've known couples with some pretty extreme height differences, and I actually think it's adorable! :D I work at a high school and I'm really attentive to the couples that form around here... One of my favorites is a really, really tall guy with several peircings and dreadlocks (he's about 6'2"), and his girlfriend is only like 4'9"! They look adorable together, and when they kiss she has to stand on her tip toes and he has to bend down. ;3

Because of that, though... I don't think it would be a big deal~ Especially if it matches the doll's personalities!

    2. I have a 70cm boy and a whole herd of 60cm CP boys. It's never been that odd to me, even when posing them together. My 70cm is just considered really tall haha. I have a DOI, so he's extremely slender, and his head isn't so much bigger from the others that it's jarring. I think that a beefier 70cm might look out of place, but as it is, I don't have a problem with it.

I agree that it's all about your preference. If you can't stand the idea of them not matching in height, it's possible it's going to bug you, no matter how much you like the sculpt.

    3. It had better not be weird lol
I have a huge size range in my collection! From 75cm, 70, 65ish (both taller and shorter) to 60. I have MSD sized and YO sized and a whole herd of Pukis (and one Brownie XD) and I'm looking at 50cm for my next doll.

My two 70+ boys are supposed to be really really tall (7 and 8ft) so it doesn't bother me in the least to have such a variety of sizes.
