Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Reading all this makes me feel SOO much better.... O_____O I was about to freak out and give up on ordering my doll xD

    2. I am glad I found this thread - I was feeling worried at first after hearing all of the bad things about Luts. ^^; I've never ordered from them before, but I've had good experience with other companies in Korea.

    4. No! Luts isn't so bad, I actually only had nice experiences with them! Don't worry this much, it only makes the waiting harder. The only thing with their dolls is that the color of their resin may change over a period of time. But I didn't have any problems at all. But I haven't used PayPal, I don't like working with it and trust my bank far more. But no, Luts is NOT bad, at least, not in my opinion. They've always been very nice to me, with ordering and questions on their Q&A. (Which I would suggest to use when you have questions instead of e-mailing them.)

    5. I find luts to have the most promblems during the holidays and when they have events up, and they are overloaded with orders. I ordered my cherry boy "before" teh christmas event, and he arrived within a month with no problem, good color, nice resin and I orded him with face up , so I think they tend to cut corners and such when orders start pileing up and they feel pressured to get them all out as fast as they came for the holidays.
