Hi, sorry for being a bother, I wanted to buy an Amy, but I also wanted to make sure that what size of wig does she wear? And some clothing sizes? I am bad at sewing and just wanted to make some clarifications. Any help would be appreciated
My Amy wears a size 6/7 wig. Currently, she's wearing one from Monique Gold Label Collection that has a stretchy elastic in it, but she has also worn a regular non-elastic 6/7 wig. My Amy is currently wearing a dress originally made for Tyler Wentworth (16-inch Tonner) doll. She shares her clothes with my Resinsoul girls, who are "slim mini" dolls.
Yes, I suppose any 6/7 wig would fit her. Mine just happens to be wearing Monique wig right now. And yes, Amy is quite small. Mine wears slim MSD clothes.
I can't say for sure about Ddoll, but my girl has leggings from 9Nine Style and they fit her. She also has some clothes from Pink Fantasy and Alice's Collections.

That's an interesting shade, actually. For some reason, I was imagining it to be more of a blue-blue colour, but this is more of a aqua-blue colour, isn't it? (at least that's how it looks on my monitor). I really love it! Congratulations on your pretty new girl!
Thank you so much! Yes that shade of blue definitely has a hint of aqua in it in most lighting situations (what I was hoping to get). I already tried resinsoul's sky blue (which is closer to a blue-blue) but it didn't work out for this character despite the cute sculpt I had chosen. Maybe the environmental resin ID uses has a slightly yellowish base color? In any case, I LOVE it!
^ Yes, Resinsoul's sky blue is definitely a blue-blue. I have a Mei in sky blue, nad she's much darker than your girl as well. Island's blue just seems to glow, too. I like it a lot. I'm trying to imagine a Crystal in that resin colour now.
So...I finally found the perfect wig for Georgia Lee (Amy) and I ordered it yesterday. Hunter's (Ivy) new eyes from Safrin should be here soon...I hope. I put in my Safrin order well over a month ago, but due to the backlog, orders have been taking a bit longer. My order was shipped, but the mail seems to be taking longer than usual too. I'm getting impatient for both my Island girls to be 'put together' with their proper wigs / eyes. guls207 - I'm seriously considering a blue Crystal. I think she would be perfect for one of my characters. Perhaps she'll be a Christmas self-gift. okulstar - Your Amy is lovely! I really like how intense her eyes are.

Ironically enough, the blue Crystal I have in mind would be for an alien character too. Did you order your girl directly from Island Doll, or did you get her through a dealer? I'm trying to figure out Island Doll's web site because I'd like to order directly from them (as I had horrible experience with a certain dealer).
