Aa I also just found Hejin and really love the sculpt! I liked the face sculpt at first glance, but the chubby body is so cute too. I'm considering starting a layaway on MoC for him/her in Dark tan skin... Plans are only vague right now, though. Would love to see more and more spam though x)
I got my first Island doll this week. She's their elf girl Crystal. Crystal-1 by Tom Beach, on Flickr She's the island resin tone and she is not only gorgeous but she's beautifully crafted. Every bit as good as Volks or Iplehouse. Her head seam was so perfect I had trouble finding it to put her eyes in. Crystal in glen by Tom Beach, on Flickr She will not be my last Island Doll BJD.

Thank you. That's the Island Doll full set outfit for Crystal. I make poster prints and use them for backgrounds in doll photography. That particular one was photoshopped to make it look other worldly and more appropriate for an elf girl.
all these dolls are so pretty! I'm waiting on my hejin head to arrive! I bought the body secondhand, now to wait for the head...I'm so ready to have it here. I placed the order through Alice collections beginning of the month. What sort of wait time might I be looking at? I'm curious to get a time frame in mind ^^
I think Island Doll is a company that deserves more recognition than it gets. I chose Island Doll Amy (1/4) to fit a specific character. She's really beautiful. I kind of regret the opal resin that I got her in because it doesn't look like I'd hoped. However, she's really well made and very pretty. Even more so now that I got her an awesome faceup! What's a good eye size for Hejin? I know the site says 14mm but I want to double check with experience
Also, any insight on what clothes fit best on HeJin? My HeJin will be an 8 y.o. boy, so definitely looking for loose/comfy clothes, long shorts, pajamas, these types of things

Hello! I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Casey, and I have a secondhand Island Doll Crystal in Special Tan coming in the mail! I should get her this week. She is 45 cm tall. This particular brand doesn't seem to be terribly popular, and this thread doesn't have very many posts, but I hope to talk with some of you soon! This is my first resin BJD, and on-topic doll, (I have had Hujoo in the past,) and I am excited to be a part of your forums!

Hi, I have an Islanddoll Lilith with the larger chest. I tend to have the issue that most clothes will not fit her as it seems pretty much everyone sells msd clothes shaped for fairyland doll dimensions and her chest is a good couple centimeters bigger than theirs. Does anyone else have any issues similar to this with their doll? finding clothes?
@Fa3lyn I find that clothing sized for regular(Volks) MSD and not slim MSD fit better in the chest, although some of the more loose or stretchy slim clothing I've gotten to fit also. Hope this helps.
Alright, do you have any recomendations for where to buy. I've got a hardcore punk look in mind for her clothing and haven't found anything for her yet. I've checked a lot of sites like etsy and alice collections. I don't mind mix matching but its finding the pieces for my Lilith.
