@elve Thanks for the update! I actually just went for it and got the body a little bit ago- imo it’s like... functionally single jointed, technically double jointed? like, You can make them kneel with a lot of effort, but the peanuts in the arms and legs are super long and nearly impossible to maneuver in clothes. The posing definitely leaves much to be desired, but it’s awfully cute
Hello! Does anyone here have any experience with the fox beauties? I just fell in love with Seven, but I'd like to know if anyone has any experience, and maybe knows what body he's on?
As a general rule, how good is the posing of Island Doll bjd? I'm madly tempted by their brand new 48cm boy but I really don't know this company at all, and since it's a new line there's of course no reviews of that body... Also, are the clothes good quality in their fullsets?
I am also interested in the 48cm boy (Long Qingzhi) if anyone would be willing to share any owner pics of him! I was also curious about resin color availability- on Alice's collections it doesn't show all of the resin color options that Island Doll does for their other sculpts (only in pink, yellow, and white). Does anyone know why this is, or if the other resin colors will be offered later? I would love to get him in tan Also noticing as I am writing this that I can't seem to find him on the Island Doll website at all.
@bunnyscribbles I have two Long Qingzhi! Here's their box opening. And here's a photo reference thread I made for them. Hopefully these help! They're in the middle of faceups, but if you have any pic requests let me know and I'll try to get them when faceups are finished. I'm honestly not sure about the resin color availability, so might be best to ask Alice's about that. I think some other sculpts also have only those three colors available, though. I got him during his release sale, and they haven't added the other colors, so I'm assuming he's only ever going to be available in those three. I also wanted him in a tan color, but didn't even think to ask about it orz

It's been a long time since anyone posted here but I wanted to mention that Legenddoll are doing a 15th anniversary celebration for Island Doll which includes colour matching for other companies. I don't know if you can request a colour or it's JUST the list they provided but still, neat. Soom Grey is on the list if you ever wanted a grey doll. lol. I only have one Island doll, their pumpkin headed yosd but i've been eying Shukaku for a while now. What is the msd boy body like?
