    1. My Terra wears an 8-9, and it's not bad, though I'd recommend using a wig cap, so 9-10 will definitely be too big. And yes, they can wear SD size clothes. They'll be a little big though, since JDFs are a bit smaller then regular SDs. One of those weird in-between sizes...

    3. I apologize for coming in here with a question but I couldn't find it on luts; does anyone know for sure what size the JDF-2 Summer 2010 event head is supposed to wear for eyes? Most SDF are 16mm I think but I was wondering if he'd look better with 14 and his page on luts doesn't seem to say. I kind of looked in the database for them but it wasn't that helpful in helping me make up my mind on what the right answer was. Many thanks.

    4. Weeeelll, I dunno about the JDF-2 head... but I have the JDF-1 head and he's wearing 18mm at the moment. Going from the pictures on Luts' website, it looks like the JDF-1 head has bigger eyes then the JDF-2 head? So 16/14mm might work.

      Honestly though, I       really don't know for sure, which makes this post kind of useless <__<

      ETA: My f      riend who had the JDF-2 head for a while used 18mm eyes in it.

    5. Thanks for the information Nasa! It's hard to tell by pictures and I've only been around Tinies and small headed MSD for the past year basically. Not used to the idea of these big boys haha.

    6. ApricotKiss, it is a matter of personal preference. Most SD's can wear anything between 16 to 20mm eyes just depending on how large their eyes really are. My JDF1 is wearing 16mm eyes, my Terra is wearing 18mms. I do not think 14mm eyes would fit in the head, they would gap around the edges. It is possible that with 18mm you wouldn't see much white, but if you like that look that is fine.

    7. My JDF1 head is wearing a 9-10 wig from Luts. It is a little loose but not bad. I use one of those silicone bracelets to make it stay in place better (you know the sport/cancer bracelets). Wig caps are another option. I am not sure which size my Terra's wig is. I do believe either 8-9 or 9-10 will fit as long as the wig has elastic. For clothes I've found that Lut's delf clothes fit alright but are a little loose. Dollmore's SD clothes are a great fit for Jr. Delfs.

    9. For (very very) future reference&#8230; has anybody had any luck hybriding the JDF event heads outside of Luts? My JDF-1 floater is staring at me accusingly through the bubblewrap. <_< I got you eyes, dude, what more do you want from me? He&#8217;s like the headless horseman, but in reverse so all he can really do is roll around and bite at ankles.

    11. popodoll matches, at least the old bodies did. My Wintery 09 is on a popodoll body from 2010 (I bought the body not long after getting the head). I have put my second JDF1 head on it and the match is good and not crazy out of proportion. The body is considerably taller, 63cms, but skinny. I am intending to order one of the newer popodoll bodies for this character because it suits him. I am just hopeful the resin match will still work. Other companies that work include Custom House, at least their older resin, not sure about new batches, and their bodies are short too (my friend has one of these) and Little Monica. My Little Monica Harmony boy is a perfect match for Luts, but again he is way taller. It isn't a terrible fit with the JDF1 head, I did pictures for sizing for some one here.

      Amet, your Terra is gorgeous. @.@ So much character to him! And that wig, lovely!

      The crazy height difference your showed in your other thread makes me super happy too, that's the sort of contrast I wanted between my future boy and my current MSD girl. Now I'm even more convinced that he will be perfect!

    16. Why, hello! I'm glad I found this thread; it has so much useful information about JDFs. And so many glorious pictures! (I had already fallen in love with event head 2, but now I love head 1 as well... I have the feeling it's hard to obtain, though. >_>)

      I'm seriously looking into buying a Junior Delf (sculpt unknown, as of yet) to go with a KDF, and I'd really love to see some comparison pics of JDFs and KDFs next to each other. I've searched all over here and deviantART, but I only found about 2 photos. (the picture requests thread has no pictures. -_-; ) So if anyone here had some comparison pics they could post, I'd be eternally grateful! >.<

    17. The JDF Sculpt 1? Prooobably, only because it seems like no one even has him. I think there are only about 4 or 5 on the board, including me. :/ Which is a shame, cause he's such a cutie. You may get lucky though if you scour the MP for one though :)

      (Also, the Luts promo has me really tempted to just order my boy now... but I'm thinking I might just order his wig/shoes/eyes now, sew him clothes while I'm passing time between babysitting jobs, and then order him as an end-of-school-year celebratory present for myself. xD)

      StarsOfCASi: I'm waiting to get a KDF Aru during the summer event; so I can get the discount and free gifts. :) Nihal doesn't seem to get much attention, either, does he? Post some pictures when he comes home!

    20. Ahaha, YES. So hyped for that summer event! :) I'm ordering my future boy's wig/eyes/shoes now so I can get the spring discount (except the wig is currently sold out... put in a restock request, sincerely hope it'll be back in the store before the Spring promo ends!), and getting the doll itself in the summer. :)

      Will do! Oh, believe me, I will spam the heck outta that boy! *laughs*

      Also, the Aru is so cute! Can't wait to see pics of that doll either! (Comparison shots for height would be lovely too!)
