Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Thanks for all of your help, guys! :D

      Maybe I wasn't so clear about it the first time, though- I'd already cleaned the head, and started painting after a coat of MSC, then realized that I'd accidentally sealed over a rather obvious pastel smudge that wasn't supposed to be there. Since it was sealed, the magic eraser was pretty useless, and I just wanted to check to see what you all recommended. The faceup section had really mixed reviews on what to use, so I'm just going to go with my newly picked-up Windsor & Newton and hope it works!

      Oh, just wanted to say- I'll be at OTAKON this weekend (SO HYPED), so I might not be on the forums much! Hopefully I'll get lucky and be able to scrape together something for Levaios to wear... that'd be so cool!

    2. OKAY SO LIKE. GUYS. Let's talk chests :3

      So Tohru is actually the best poser I have (I probably shouldn't mention this, but he doesn't turn his legs backwards on me like the other two do), buuut, he's still got his issues. Namely, that infamous resin piece inside the chest.

      I am.... supremely not interested in taking a hacksaw or sandpaper or anything to him to get it out. Is my impression that it's actually just glued in correct? I thought I'd heard of people having the piece randomly pop out. Is it even worth trying to mess with it, or does it just cause more problems then it solves?



      PS: on the subject of chests. Remind me later that I've been meaning to try hybridizing one of the spirit doll female chest pieces onto a JDF body. The NS is a pretty good match, let's play with the WS.

      Tohru will be just thrilled, I'm sure.

    4. Tohru is looking handsome if unhappy about the lack of warm beachiness (is that a word, if not I made it one).

      Unfortunately I have still not had time to play with my boys and attempt removing that pesky chest piece. I know it will require unstringing them and while that isn't a huge deal I just plain don't have time right now. Darn you real life and getting in my way of dolly goodness. My poor dolls are so neglected right now it is sad.

    5. Well, look who fell off the face of the DoA Earth- me. x.x

      And I'm sorry I haven't spammed my boy Levaios yet either! x.x I started sports back in Mid-August and then school came and decided to brutally murder me with a ridiculous courseload and even more extracurriculars to boot. Ergh!

      If I maybe get some time this weekend, I'll try his faceup again- I started it once a few days before school started, but poor Levaios got pushed aside for Calculus. Bleh.

      Nasa, Tohru looks lovely against that background! The colour contrast is gorgeous. <3

    6. I've come to spam my new boy. x3! I just bought him second hand and I found out that he is one of the ones that are signed on the inside of his head. :D It says 03 next to the signature, does that mean he is the third one made?

    10. Quick question for everyone- what sizes can JD's wear? I'm looking around for just a little bit of clothing for my 70cm, and I thought while I'm at it, I'll pick up something for the lab assistant if I can. Trouble is- I have no idea of their approximate size. Anybody know what company's clothes are close?

    11. Unf, he makes me swoon every time <3

      They're shorter then regular SDs, so SD stuff fits...more or less. I usually get Tohru stuff from Dollmore, the pants are a little long, but they fit in the waist and butt fine. Just regular SD shoes seem to be a bit big, girl shoes might fit better, I don't know. *unhelpful* <w<;

      I would assume anything for a 60cm doll would fit more or less well, they're not that far off from it. Luts has the Delf boy and JDF clothes together, so...

      Edit: Actually, for posterity's sake, here's Tohru in a pair of dollmore pants and a dollmore shirt (which is supposed to be loose). You can see the pants tend to be a little baggy around the ankles due to the length, but it doesn't bother me too much.

    14. I got my Lepus this past summer, he's my first doll. I love the Junior Delf sculpt~ And I thought he was so adorable, I had to have him. :)


      I dress him up like a girl, so it isn't really hard for me to find him clothes. ;)
