    1. *lol* Well I'll keep a long story short to stay on topic but I'm on day 26 of waiting for an EMS parcel, and I honestly don't think she's coming so I'm looking at other options.. :/

      So given the character I have in mind is a tennin, there's something a little ethereal about this one, although finding a girl body to match might be a little tough.. I'd be curious to see what the open eyed head looks like, but something tells me the current one is the way to go.

      Another question, sorry to be painful, but does anyone know what they originally sold for so I've got a rough marker?

    2. Oh dear, that stinks. :( While I hope your package still reaches you, I also hope that you will find a great deal of satisfaction in an Edria, if that doesn't work out. And yes, there is something distinctly serene and otherworldly about the original Edria sculpt that might suit your character wonderfully. (May I ask what her name is?)

      I haven't ordered an Edria before (I'm considering ordering an open-eyed Edria during this release period), but I have ordered a Roderich and I think LLT prices its heads similarly, so around ... $140, I think? Someone else in this thread would probably be able to give you the most recent and accurate information. Shipping depends on region, and I'm not sure if LLT ships to Australia, but if not, there's the possibility of joining someone for a "group order" of sorts and having that person ship your item on to Australia.

    4. The character's name is Miu which is Japanese for beautiful feathers. At least if she hasn't arrived by Halloween it's a fairly safe bet she's not coming ;) *lol* but we can cross that bridge when we get to it I suppose.

      I do love the idea of an open eyed version, got the feeling I'll be hanging out for those photos..

    6. I was thinking of buying two more Edria heads to be twin boys, but that'll have to wait until I finish my twin Roderich's and Edria girl. I already know what I want to do with them.

    7. What a soft and pretty name. I wonder if the Japanese components "mi" and "u" are cognates of the similar-sounding Chinese characters for beautiful feathers, "mei yu" (美羽).

      I'm eagerly awaiting more photos of the new Edria sculpt variations too.

    9. Wake-up time, thread! Julia has posted four fantastically beautiful new photos of the dreaming Edria head, with faceup and wig. See them here, here, here, and here.

      She is being called the Sleeping Beauty version; here is the info on her release, from the LLT website's Diary section:

      So it sounds like she'll be on sale from October 26th to November 16th, and Julia will be offering the faceup seen in the photos for a limited number of orders. (Whether the faceup will come at extra charge, and how much, has not yet been established.) As for the "big surprise," I wonder if she means the open-eyed and vampire versions of Edria, or if there's something else in store for us ...

I hear you, Cloudedmind. ^^; I've been telling myself I only need the open-eyed head for the character I have in mind - but it would be so awesome to have a range of facial expressions for her, and the dreaming and half-lidded versions of the sculpts just look so darn pretty, too ...

    19. Wow.. I'm actually really surprised, I expected to love the open eyed version so much more but I think the sleepy head is hands down my favourite - I was slightly holding out for the open eyed just in case but it looks like I'm safe until someone sells a sleepy *lol*

    20. Hi ! I'm waiting for the next Edria order period cant wait to order her she is such a gorgeous sculpt :aheartbea. Now I'm on the hunt for a body. I would like to know if the Angelsdoll 62 cm body in WS is compatible with LLT WS ?? AD body also has a 9.5 neck. Angelsdoll has 2 types of WS Volks compatible and AD pinky WS.
