La Légende de Temps - Roderich & Vincent

I got my Roderich OE head today and hummm well I don´t see much difference between the two heads.
Besides its eyes, OE head seems to be a bit more smiling. And that´s it. I can´t see anything else O.o

Algesiras > I compared my Roderich head with my 2013 Soseo and 2011 Milhwa.
2013 Resin from Switch is a lot more pink than Roderich head. But 2011 is a good match.

My Roderich is a perfect match with my Luts SSDF. Resin matching with Luts should do I guess.

 

This is really not funny. It has been 10 days since my tracking last updated. I'm getting worried. The last trace I have of my Roderich was in Shanghai .

Bodies:
I have two almost perfect resin matches - old (2011) Dollzone pink and 2012 Fairyland normal. They are two 65 cm bodies and the necks fit very well.

 

Sigune: Could post some picture of your Roderich on the Fairyland body ?
And don´t worry, with Christmas incoming post have a lot of package. I had one stuck in Pekin for 20 days...

 

Sjota, I'm just worried because the heads all shipped at the same time and I see that people in Russia, Finland and Sweden have already received theirs. Is mine stuck in China (alone?), or is the tracking not updating because it has got lost along the way? It wouldn't be the first time one of my packages gets stuck in China for a while - but on those occasions nobody was receiving anything. So I find this really scary.

I'm working on my "Feeple Roderich"'s clothes so I haven't taken any photos of him recently, but here is one I took when I had just received his body:

could your package be in customs? usually here in the US anything from China has to sit a few days. + holiday mail traffic. I currently have a lost doll that a dear friend gifted me 10 days ago. I filed an official "search" with the postal service since it was Priority Mail. perhaps you could do the same. hoping we both find our boys.

 

petiteballerine, have you heard anything about your lost boy in the meantime? An entire doll lost in the mail - what horror!

My OE Roderich has finally resurfaced! The tracking updated today: apparently he arrived in Belgium yesterday. This is really weird because normally my packages from China take no longer than three days to make it from China to Belgium :/. But I'm so relieved that I'm not going to complain. He is with customs now. Hopefully I'll see him soon!

Re: the Fairyland body, I love it too. I found mine on the MP; it came all the way from Australia XD. Yes, if only Fairyland would sell bodies separately... I had difficulty deciding between the muscular and the 'normal' body, but I'm quite happy with the one I found. It may not be called 'muscular' but if you ask me, it's quite muscular already! I think it makes Gawain look like a ballet dancer .

 

Hi Sigune: haha! I just came here to say that my fabulous boy arrived - at last. what a relief for me & my friend. & you came to say your head is found. I believe if I hadn't made a formal request for a search, he'd still be sitting around 'til after Christmas when the packages thinned out. finding a white F65 man might be pretty difficult. maybe I can do a split with someone. I figure the "normal" would be nice since I have the "muscular" which is very sexy, but my Roderich character is more cerebral & as you say the normal is pretty darn manly as is.

Thank you Sjota & Sigune for the infos ... unfortunately the SSDF body is too tall and the Fairyland one very hard to find, such a pity Fairyland team doesn't sell the bodies separately...

Got my roderich head few weeks ago! He is amazing and I think I going to get him a spirit doll proud body ws. I wonder LLT ws and spiritdoll ws matches well or not. But also besides the skin match, I think the head and proud body matches so perfectly... The proportion is really good.

 

Whew! My OE Roderich finally showed up. I'm so relieved! And now I only need to wait for a combination of time, daylight and acceptable weather so that I can do his face-up :P.

 

Sigune: Glad to hear you got your head and thank you for the picture and links. I didn´t think LLT would match Fairyland !

I´m sending my OE head probably in January for a face-up.

Jay, I have an Edria head on a Spiritdoll body in NS. The match is very good, especially with a face-up (-I don't mean with lots of blushing; it just seems that the MSC makes the match better). So that should work for Roderich too!

 

I see a few of your have received your OE Roderich. Just wondering if anyone in the USA has received theirs yet? My friend and I both in the USA have had no updates on our Roderichs since December 3 when they were still in China. I sent a message to LLT asking if they could check, but no response. I have to admit, I'm worried!

I did receive mine a over a week ago. Not sure if this helps or not but I was given the wrong tracking number which I realized when it said it had been delivered to Russian customs! I wrote them and asked for help but I didn't receive a reply either. I didn't press the issue though because the head was delivered the next day.

Sometimes EMS in China can get hung up. It's possible that you're experiencing a slight delay due to the holidays. If all else fails, try again to contact them? Or go through Paypal and see if you can get a response.

 

Hmm looks like it depend on when you purchased your Roderich head and your Spiritdoll body. Both my Roderich and Spiritdoll body are from April 2011 and the body is a lot more yellow than my Roderich head. Or maybe my Spiritdoll Body yellowed faster than the head :/

 

Hm. My Edria and Spiritdoll body are both from 2012. I did notice that the head looked paler than the body when it was blank and I was disappointed with the match, but once it had received a face-up (without my doing anything to make it match the body), the head and body matched quite well. At the moment I am more surprised by the fact that I got my Roderichs to match Dollzone PS and Fairyland NS, which are both quite pinkish, and my new, blank Roderich looks so yellowish XD. He's going to have to go on the Fairyland body, so I'm curious to see if what I call the "LLT Resin Magic" is going to work once more :P.
