I've got my parcel yesterday.
But they sent me a wrong quantity of head!!!
Too bad for this company in so many way.
I ordered 2 Roderich heads and 2 Vincent heads.
But I just got 2 Vincent heads only.
More than that they sent the parcel to the wrong address.
I live in other town but my Paypal account address is my hometown which I just be back only in the weekend.
And I mailed them about this address matter since the day I've confirmed my payment.
LLT replied me that they will send the parcel to the new address that I gave.
But they didn't do as they said.
It's such a mess system of the company.
I felt really bad for this!!

Right now I've waited for their answer about the missing of 2 Roderich heads.
Which I'm so worried cause it's was sold out from the web, I wonder where on earth they will find me the replacement for this?

 

@Caninegirl: that's awful O.O I hope everything will work out for you and you get your pretty boys soon. Now why do I get the feeling those two Roderichs might have accidentally been put into someone else's package=_=?

Now I'm worried, LLT seems to not do good in the administration department=_=. BTW, am I the only one with a tracking number that doesn't work (tracking from China to Netherlands, that is)? I keep getting a "EMS codes should start with two alphabets" engrish error message, meaning the code should start with two letters. Which it does, but I guess RR isn't an acceptable code>.<. And I'm a bit reluctant to email LLT about it, considering the difficulties there have been in communicating with them. I hope they've at least sent me the right contents...

 

Oh goodness. That sounds scary. I wonder if I should be worried about not having gotten a shipping notice yet. I really hope they're just sending them off a bit slowly. Has anyone else not gotten a notice yet?

It's really horrible that they seem to have so many problems, especially since they are fairly new...goddamn :C

 

My tracking number (China to U.S.) seems to work, but I've been getting a bit worried because there hasn't been an update to my package location since it left Shanghai on November 21, three days ago. :\

 

Got my head today. Overall, I'm pretty pleased. I have a couple mods I need to do before I'm totally happy with him.

A couple gripes: He fits fine on a DoT body, but the resin match even on a 2-year old mellowed body is poor. I should be able to fix this with the faceup, though. The S-hook hole is small but that's easily remedied with my dremel in about five seconds.

Not sure I'd buy from them again though. :\

 

But didn't the site say that the resin is compatible with volks : o And as far as I know, volks isn't compatible with Dod.. was there something more wrong with the head too?

Pity about the small s-hook hole though. :/

 

@ara: Oh gosh, I know. Well, hopefully they're just being a little bit slow about shipping some of them. Ahh, so nervous.

 

The head on the site looked pink enough it might match. Some careful blushing when I did his faceup makes the match a little more bareable. Might try him on my Resinsoul 70cm body just to see.

No other problems with the head, just slight things I wanted to mod anyway. The eyes needed opening a little and the chin sanding down. These were aesthetic choices on my part, however.

Edit: Also, I don't own any volks dolls...

 

I did group order with caninegirl, 2 Roderich heads that are missing is one each head of ours (2 Vincent heads are for our other 2 friends). I contacted them, paid and told them to combine order with caninegirl back then and ship all heads to her, they said they acknownledge the order and will combine with her order. They charged the shipping cost almost exact with caninegirl's order which is quite high for combine orders (My order was Roderich + Vincent, caninegirl's order is the same. So it equals 2 of each heads = 4 heads). Then they did a big mess up.
Hopefully our Roderich heads were not in those in-stock heads they put up in sale later (which is already sold out).

I'm quite disappointed with this company and might not order from them anymore D:

 

I got my head in mail on Tuesday. The normal skin resin is a bit lighter than Volks (2009 Williams)--same color as Switch/So-Nyeon-Gi (2010 Hahwa). It's only a slight color difference though and the match is not too bad imo. Older Volks resin might be a better match as I think the resin color lightens somewhat with age.

I thought DoD resin has a pinker undertone than Volks.

The head is very small though (definitely 8-9") and being used to giant Volks heads it's a bit too pinheaded for my liking on the SD17 body. I'm considering the Dollstown 15 body (but really, it's just an excuse to get that body because DT body. is. luv. )

The resin is very smooth and solid. The head comes packed in a square gift box with a pair of 14mm gift glass eyes and birth certificate.

I hope everyone can get their orders sorted out!

Persephonekiss: Oh, alright And yeah, the color vary from pic to pic I ordered the Tan version of roderich and I have no idea what colour that is since it's different in every pictures. But I'll see.

But good to know there isn't other things wrong

Thank you so much for your info! It's nice to know the color is almost close to SNG head. I once had SNG so I can imagine what color is like >w<
If LLT send the new head and I get the head very soon I could take a picture of Roderich + Dollstown 15boy body for you :3 I have DT15 boy body X3 (which is now belong to Crobidoll YS head ).

 

Yay, my Roderich head is here! The postman actually tried to deliver him yesterday, but I wasn't around... (Stupid job. Grumble grumble.)

I must say that the inner box he came in was simply gorgeous. He even came with a little card-certificate! And he is truly stunning in person. He matches fairly well with Volks normal skin, although he's a bit paler - I think his color will probably mellow with time. I ended up going with a Luts SSDF body for him since the proportions are good and a blushing will take care of the color match. I'll get pictures in the gallery ASAP.

Just a heads up - Roderich's eyes are very squinty (in the best possible way, of course ^_^), and the eye wells themselves are kind of deep and narrow. They wouldn't take the double-domed eyes I had. Luckily the free eyes LLT sent fit perfectly. ^_^

 

Mine hasn't moved since November 22, according to my tracking... Last thing it "did" was apparently "Despatch from Sorting Center". O_o
Hopefully it won't take too long, though.

 

I went ahead and sent off an email last night, since I'm still a little worried about not having gotten a shipping notification yet. Hopefully I'll hear back with an update in the next few days. x.x
