Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. it just asked me to input paypal id what would that be? I think of my paypal id as my email address? but it also asks for that.

    5. you got further than me, but i think your id is your email address......
      so now i'm at the order screen, but it wont let me select any countries and wont let me hit next until i do....details to follow as they happen....
      got past that and the address and country were found, but my cart was empty again! eek
      next update, selected payment method and having a syntax error, but i think i have an order number

    14. Ok what I just did is put my order on the message board! I suggest you all do the same. If need be they are gunna have to make more right !

      I have a couple more white hairs now! still waiting .... Hanging out on the order page and then hitting back button twice and doing it over and over again...

    20. once i entered my address and pressed next, the link with the syntax error looks like this

      number is made up, but that is the pattern. i'm guessing that the number is the order number.

      I added to the growing list of 'i cant pay' messages. hopefully they will resolve it because i might now be hooped. my IE just crashed and i had to restart so my session was reset. i'm not happy.
