  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. LaTi Christmas Elves!

    1. what a pain this all is... I hope whomever wants these can get them and Lati fixes the site problems so you can all order..

      I adore these but think that price is high due to the outfit. Since I have Charlie and Betty from the Pocket Fairy christmas elf event, I may have to pass on these, but I am thinking I NEED another yellow lati, just not sure which one!

I think they did sort the problem earlier they put a notice up saying it had been sorted and they were sorry and then I was able to order fine and then bit later they all sold out and people that coudnt get them while the problem was happening, were able to order via email. Which means I think, tho may be wrong, that they have all sold out now
       
    3. Yes they sold out early at 8am eastern when I check the white elf was sold out about 9.00 am the tan one had sold out. I still think some will miss out if they didn't email or get the order in in time. But I hope that if they left a message on the board today they will fullfill the order because not everyone knew they were meant to email.

      Still waiting for an payment email from them for my email order and a reply to my post on the board. I wonder what time it is there I know its morning?
       
    4. thanks for the info. glad they are sold out as I would have been tempted to order the 20cm one.. I really wanna see the newer body too, but since I have those fairyland coming.. have to wait to re stock the dollie bank
       
    5. for the current time in Korea, well, almost anywhere I use worldclock. this is the link for Seoul - its still fairly early morning now (8:30am) so I would guess we'd need to wait a while for them to sort it out.

    7. I sent an email last night and saw that they said not to re-order so I didn't. I hope they have my email because I haven't gotten an invoice yet. I am not super worried in the past they have been good about honoring stuff like that. I am a little obsessed with Lati and I also ordered the limited white Pury and they had some problem then also and I emailed them and told them and they honored my order so I think it will be ok.

    9. I just got my email and have paid YEAH!!! I got Miel ver A
      But ... um they raised the price $20. The doll went fron 440 to 450 and the extra Mystic head went from 90-100, plus ems was 58 ... ouch!

    12. I just checked on the Latidoll website and my order has a status of 'confirming order'. What's up with that as I have already paid in full by Paypal early today before I left for the office.

      I wrote on the Q&A board and told them that if I didn't actually get the doll I want my $$ refunded immediately. That is entirely too much $$ to be out in cyberspace as I certainly could use it elsewhere if they don't have the doll. This is nuts. First they couldn't accept payment, and now when they can they can't confirm that they have the doll?

      Not a good first impression of this company and you know what they say about first impressions. 'You only get one change to make one!'. Hopefully if I did get the doll, it is special enough to be worth all the hassle to purchase it.
       
    13. I think that confirming order means its gone through. I would be careful about asking for refund they might read it wrong! and just do it.

    15. As someone said earlier "Confirming Order" means that your order went through. I get that everytime I ordered from them. Don't worry! You should be getting a confirmation email pretty soon!

      LaTi is really good at resolving issues, at least in my experience. They've been great both times I ordered, and they are really responsive. As far as the whole fiasco with ordering, it's a pity it had to happen as they opened orders for their special dolls, and it certainly probably didn't help that people kept reloading in the hopes of having it work!
       
    16. Well I don't have an actual email either!! however I do have a reply to my message on the board with a link where I can pay for them. Did you leave any messages on the board ? you might want to check. You should leave a message on the board with your order and tell them you emailed them it last night.

      Well they had an actual code error not just a page overload. I am betting its because they added the extra head buying options last minute and did not test it which they should have. The coder was probly at fault. Reloading the page would have made no difference to the actual issue being a coding bug.
       
    17. I did leave a message on the board and I checked it and there was no reply. I will leave another message though. As it was said though ( I even said it so it's silly of me to worry :) ) that Latidoll has had very good customer service in the past and I am sure it will be fine!

    20. Happy to hear all of you who got your miel elves!! I decided to wait until the regular tan version o.o for some reason after thinking about it the elf ears turned me off, but I can't wait to see pictures. I LOVE Miel and I'm psyched about having a tan version ^o^!!
