Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Thanks! It's pretty sad that they just changed it like that. I mean it would be one thing if they released them late or a few minutes early, but releasing them about 7 hours before they said they were going to is pretty sad when it's a super-limited item like that.

      Yeah it probably was a typo, and it must have been on their own internal memos because the photos they put out last week said they would be released at 19:00 KST. Those didn't change until they updated the photos when they released them. :( Since I'm a bit OCD about release times, I checked them all, and they were all set at 19:00 KST until last night. If they hadn't been on vacation for the past week, they probably would have caught the error in time. Good reason not to release a major product right after being on vacation! :doh

    3. Oh that is so sad! I was hoping we just didn't read the photo and missed it...so all the times were wrong! Geez, I agree no new doll releases right after vacation! Wow..I'm still in shock that they did that.. I know everyone makes mistakes but some people are going to be so upset by this! I'm really glad we got ours but feel bad for those who didn't. I bet lati will be more careful in the future! I can't wait to see the new little ones at our house!

    4. For some reason the 1900 time didn't register with me and I read it as 1200, which is the time they usually release stuff. So I got on at 8pm pst and they wre there... then I saw the notice and was like "doh". I didn't get one, but I can imagine how peeved some people must be.

    5. i was so paranoid about missing the 16cm laches that i was on there by happy accident at the changed time of 12KST ... so i managed to get mine (er, he'll actually be my mom's, but you know) ... it was the most stressful buying experience! after i did my order, i tried to let others know that the time was changed, but many had gone to bed and set alarms. my apologies to those who missed out!

      it's one thing to miss out because they're super limited and you just couldn't place the order fast enough.... and another to miss it due to them opting to release the dolls 7hrs earlier than first stated. :(

    6. It was thanks to the photo you posted on Flickr that I realized the dolls went on sale early, and I managed to get my 16cm Laches. I feel awful for the people who didn't learn about the time change and missed out because of it. :( Thank YOU for being thoughtful enough to make the post on Flickr to try and alert other people.

    15. I heard the Laches Special Collections will be shipped in mid November.

      They should be here by Christmas.

    19. They said they will start shipping middle of October - End of October in order of when you ordered. So, in another week they should start? So ... if you were the last person to make an order you might not see a shipping notice until November @@
