It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Nothing yet. They emailed me and said they were out of hazel eyes for Belle, so I said put in blue or violet, and please ship soon. That was several days ago. Nothing yet.

      Funny, I ordered them the moment they became available, but am sure these are the last Laches and Belle which are shipped out. Shame.

      Oh well. The post office left me a card, my Tanpopo is at the post office, so it will be a good dollie day for me regardless.

    4. I know how you feel. I clicked REFRESH when the other doll was set to reopen, and when the little ORDER button for Laches came up, I didn't hesitate a second. So the Laches were ordered at 11:00 pm my time, or noon in Korea - the moment the ADD TO CART button appeared!! And only because of the error in listing I know I was one of the first to order!! Just happened to be at the computer at the right time. When I woke up in the morning they were already sold out!!! (The 16 cm was sold out by 6 am, I set my alarm clock to go off at the time they opened) but there were still a few 20 cm dolls left, but by mid morning they were all sold.

      I hesitated when the SP Belle Special edition was offered and I missed her, but ordered an SP Belle White a few days after my Laches. I think adding her slowed down my order. They emailed last week and said they were out of Hazel eyes, and offered blue or violet. Either one is fine with me JUST SHIP HER. It will be 2 months on Tuesday since they were ordered and paid for!!! And yet they haven't shipped out yet.

      Just don't get WHY they haven't shipped. What the delay is.

      Sorry for my rant, gets so frustrating.
