  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. I ordered my Pury!! And my Coco basic too~~ squee! :D

      My credit card didn't work so I had to do a paypal transfer... little bummed I couldn't get 2% points, but I was worried about Pury selling before I could call my credit card company (I recall someone saying they stopped sales on the HK elves within a few days?)

    3. Wow that was fast! Lati responded to my question about payment & sent me a special link so I could pay using my credit card! I saw what I did, forgot to click the space where it said "credit card" & the default "bank" payment remained! I guess was so excited to be getting Lea that I overlooked that! Next time I will be more careful!

    7. I had my order all ready and set to go, and then my credit card wouldn't go through! I just about had a fit. I knew there was plenty of room for charges, so I decided to try Paypal instead and had the same result. My card wasn't going through at all. I started yelling at my computer, my husband was so sweet and offered me his card.

      I decided to try calling the card's customer service number first. They had stopped payment on my card because they were afraid it was a foreign, fraudulent charge. I couldn't believe it. Now I have to remember to call the darn credit card company before I make an international charge! In the end, my order went through. :aheartbea:aheartbea:aheartbea

    8. This might be a "stupid newbie" question but I'm gonna ask it anyway XD~

      Basic 16cm Benny is $180 plus $60 for faceup & wig making the doll $240.
      The Limited Prayer 16cm Benny is $330 including faceup & wig.
      Neither comes with outfit. So am I to take it the additional $90 (330-240) is for the special body that can accomodate the optional $90 outfit/wings??

      I'm trying to rationalize spending an additional $180 on a (assumes magnetic) body and tiny outfit....HELP!!

    10. Aiii! I'm kind of freaking out. I also didn't see the credit card link, so even thoguh my order is "being confirmed", they don't have any payment info to confirm! I can't seem to get in touch with them on their site - my password won't work. I see that they have had problems with this before.

      Any advice?

    11. bienemaya, I'd fax them asap. Their fax number is on their front page.

      SAN you don't get the magnets for the wings on the prayer of angels body unless you choose wings as an option, which is an additional $35. If you don't choose that option, the body is regular.

    12. i think many people are having the payment problem. they should have made an announcement about the new payment options so people would have been expecting it.

      as it is - i now have 2 orders listed on my orderlist.

    15. Morganannie, log into your paypal account & cancel the invoice, I had to do that being I was paying by credit card. It will take about a day for Lati to cancel that 2nd order in your orderlist. I bet a lot of people forgot to hit that credit card button & just went on to hit the order button! My charge is pending at my bank but my bank has never given me a problem with any charges from Fairyland so this should go through too, I used our main debit/credit card to pay for Lea. Last night my laptop kept freezing on the Lati website, luckily not while I was ordering, I am so excited to be getting my first little yellow! I wonder how long it will be before they ship these out?

      Bluehaiku, I'm glad you got to combine ship, that $65 shipping is a killer!

      Matera - my paypal order is the only way I could pay for it. The other order is the one that says Cash payment...I asked them how to pay for it and they sent me a link to pay for it through paypal. But it didn't cancel out my first order...lol...does that make sense?

    17. Hi Morgan, got your pm, I totally understand now. With me I had accidently put through the payment option of "cash" & Lati sent me a Paypal invoice this afternoon so I cancelled it because I had already paid them using my husband's credit card, which is not on my paypal account. Boy, next time I will be more careful & click the credit card option!

    18. I'm surprised to see nothing's sold out yet. I guess their new system of having sale dates rather than ltd. doll amounts will mean there will be more of these dolls around. I wonder if that will mean a longer wait for delivery of this order period... Maybe this is more like a pre-order?

    19. Yeah, I'm really not sure what they are doing differently? :) It still says its date limited but may sell out earlier, so either they have gotten less orders or have planned to produce more than usual because I've been told limiteds usually sold out in a day or less!

    20. you can never tell how long the specials will last ..some are just more popular ..so they sell out quicker
      like the tan and the kittycats

      general rule ..if you want one ..order it sooner than later ...I know last year I ordered a tiny tan Belle and thought I would leave it a week or so ...for the tan lea ....I didnt notice they were ending the sale early and I missed her :(
      I was gutted ...so now I dont wait
