Lee-el : 90cm Dolls

Nope, I'm not from Sweden, but I love Swedish the language and am determined to learn it even more.

Well, there is only a difference of two weeks in our dolly purchases from Lee-el, so theoretically our dolls should arrive not so far apart timewise. By the way, did you end up getting Selena in tan colour? I think I saw you pondering over it. I myself would go for the tan skin with a lady doll. With Jacob, I picked the normal skin.

 

I got her in normal skin and regretted it already after I paid for her but we'll see if I like her when she comes. Was thinking of her in colorful clothing but changed my mind about that so maybe normal skin will be better for corsets and stuff like that Otherwise if I don't like her I just have to try to sell her and order her in tan skin instead.

 

Is it too late to change her color?

Post lots of pic when he arrives. Just remember our waiting time is way less than other company eg. lati 8 to 9 months which is what happen to me but I still love lati too much.

A new guys is coming out

 

The new guy is for sale and I'm going to have to run my cc through a garlic press to try and squeeze him on it. He is OMG beautiful! He just knocked Jacob right out of my brain!

 

I was hoping the price would not be too high, but alas it is way out of my price range.

 

I'm still liking Jacob, but now I'm thinking maybe next year. This year is going by so fast! BAM! It's almost Christmas!

 

I would love to have the new guy in my collection, but like aernath have to wait next year, I just got a Jacob head and that's all my plan for this year.

 

I guess their heads are around 24-25 cm? If you're looking for bodies that won't make them look bobblehead, I guess you could try these bodies but I'm not sure about the resin match. These are the buff bodies, as opposed to skinny and lean bodies like Loongsoul or Ringdoll.

I’ve received my Lee-el Jacob! I named him Kaino. He arrived to the customs of my country already on the 1st day of December, but I was away from home so I was able to get him only now. He is so beautiful! Though I’m afraid his delicate little fingers might break if I’m not careful, heh. (Would they sell you a new pair of hands if you accidentally broke some fingers, I wonder?).
I don’t have my camera with me since I forgot it somewhere and must go get it in two or three days, so no pictures yet, though when I get my camera, I would also like to show a picture of his shoulder, because I noticed a thing that might or might not be a little crack along the shoulder seam. I’m not sure is it dangerous or not, but I hope it’s just the seam being different looking.
But, I did leave a review in the ”Feedback Thread for Leeel” in the ”Customer Service Reviews”. You guys can check it out if interested.

By the way, I wonder, would Lee-el sell the clothes of their Chris doll separately? Besides some other clothes from them, I would like to buy Chris’ clothes for my Kaino. While I do have plans to make clothes for Kaino by myself, I still would fancy to have more of the clothes Lee-el has put together.

 

Congrat on getting Jacob , he is one gorgeous guy, please post lots of pic , I will never get tired of seeing more Jacob Ask Lee el if you can buy Chris outfit, they are easy to work with . I wish Lee el focus on making more clothes for them, it is hard to look for clothes for them , I am saving money next year to buy the new guy

 

How heavy the doll be??? They look HUGE.... O_O

My scale says he's 11 lbs.
I think they only make the one size of doll and head. (They also have tiny size, but only the 90cm line so far in the larger size range.) Maybe in the future they will make other sizes. They do have a place on the left side of their home page for other sizes. So maybe later. ^_^

 

I am so use to seeing my lee el boys that I don't find them huge at all , I find my volks girls small now LOL

 

Weight is 4,4kg.

I really would like to have Alzad but this won't happen because their are too large and heavy :'(

Here’s the shoulder I mentioned earlier. The other shoulder is smooth and everything, but this one looks like this. Aesthetically I don’t mind it, but it wouldn’t be fun if the shoulder popped open.

I don't see the crack in the shoulder, but maybe it just doesn't show up in the photo. Just looks like a regular seam to me. Kind of big, but not bad.
