Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     1. take a bit of thin paper or thread or something and try to slip it in...
      If it goes in.... it's a crack... get it fixed
      If not... just a rough seam. Don't worry and if it bugs you maybe try sanding?

    2. Thank you, everyone! I’m happy to hear you like Kaino! Surely I will take more pictures of him, though I would prefer to do it outdoors. At least for now the weather is just horrible; the white snow changed into damp snow and sleet is coming down from the sky... but when it’s not so wet outside, I will take Kaino for his first trip out of the house.

      I just tested the shoulder with a paper as adviced (thank you for that, I myself didn’t even think of it!) and the results seem good; the very tip of the paper went in, but it wasn’t anything bad. I think the shoulder will hold up and I don’t have to worry about it.

      That certainly looks like a regular seam, the resin has just run a little over when they have casted him. A lot of my dolls have seamlines like that.

    6. It should be soon! Maybe they had a problem and don't want to say? I tried not to bother them too much when I ordered my boy. I did a lay away, and even after I finished paying, it seemed to take forever for him to come home finally. Give them a little more time, I think. They were still making new things, so I don't think they are going to run away with the money. It just takes them a while.

    8. I'm not worried about them running away with my money it's just that since mid november they had told me they would send pictures for the bust sizes for the girl and asked about what faceup i wanted but still no pictures of anything and it's been two months soon so :/

      I've ordered the girl but no luck yet in the department of her being finished completly or sent out to me will update when she is finally on her way I would say give it some time and wait to order until everything is up and running with all the options so you wont be in the same trouble im in I know it's going to be worth it in the end and I actually think they will be kind and compensate me in some way but until then I'm sitting on needles and just hoping everything will be ok soon it's just that it's only my second doll order and this one is twice as much as my first one and the first one was from fairyland and despite every problem they have sometimes she got to me in under two months so that's why I'm so worried after all it is 1000 dollars I'm out right now and I just want my beautiful girl home with me so I can start making some clothes for her like today XD

      but without any kind of good measurements or an actual doll in front of me everything is going to be wrong and it's a little difficult trying to make corsets that would fit good without any reference

      sorry for the venting I'm done now :)


      As it says in my previous post I've ordered her in the end of october but nothing here yet and I don't have any iplehouse dolls just a feeple60 from fairyland so I don't think I would be any help to you in that department :/


      Btw aernath do you take commisions for clothes like pajamas?

    9. I wonder if its the weather that is causing them to take longer to make the resin. Under 5 months is actually a good wait. I have waited up to one year on another bjd company and I still waited. Sometimes Lee el answer fast if they know the answer and sometimes longer bec. they don't want to give wrong info. . I hate waiting also so spend lots of time browsing other dolls.

    10. Yes, under two months is very unusually quick! Four to five months is a good average for the hobby. Some take much longer.
      The waiting sucks,especially since you ordered so close to another whose order is already home now. :(
      My guess is that it is taking longer than they expected as well. Most likely weather related, though it could be holidays too. Their new year is coming up soon too.

      But gaaah I don't know :/ still decided for the faceup that is on the site with the black lines and everything buuut don't know if I want small or medium bust I like the size for the medium but I don't like that the boobies are so squished together but it also feels like the small would be too small

    16. That's not my doll :) It's just the pictures from lee-el that was sent to me so I could choose what I wanted for faceup and bust size :) but yeah her face is beautiful I just think the black eye faceup suits her better for what I want her to be so :)
