Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. I totally fell in love with these big boys (and girl)! I really fancy their body proportions.

      I've been eyeing Alzad, he would be perfect for my character but the only tricky thing is that I most likely wouldn't be able to find anyone willing to sew the kind of clothes I want for him. orz

      Hope he'll still be available next year, I can't possibly afford to buy him before that!

    4. I need some serious help here.

      I'm still waiting for the order I placed on April 24. It's been 7 months to the day.

      The last update on their website was the change to "Before Shipping" I mentioned back at the beginning of August; as of now, that's what is still listed.

      After repeated attempts to contact the company via their website and e-mail, I received the following e-mail response from them on September 9:

      Hello~
      I\'m sorry to you too much.
      There was a problem with the manufacturer.
      But now, all problems were resolved.
      I\'m really sorry it took so long.
      The last appointment.
      Thanksgiving will be sent immediately after.
      I will send another chest parts free of charge.
      Thank you.


      I assumed they meant Chuseok, which ended on September 29 this year, so I gave them until the end of last month to ship my order. No change in update. At this point I've e-mailed them five times this month, with as many requests via the Q&A feature on their website. I've heard nothing.

      Has anyone received orders from Lee-el recently? Has anyone had success contacting them? I know I'm being paranoid; I suspect that I'm being overly aggressive in sending as many requests for information as I have. However, I'm out over $1000 on this and each day I worry more and more that I'm never getting anything back for it.

      If you've got any advice, please let me know. Thanks.
       
    5. That doesn't sound good, but I haven't heard anything about them not keeping their end of the contract. I would keep on them. They have a grand of your monies and you have the right to poke them with a verbal stick until they get their act together. Try their Facebook page; bring the problem out into the open and I'll bet you get a response.
       
    6. Hmmm... They Are slow, but so far, everyone has gotten what they have ordered. The times I contacted them and got responses, it was through their website. The Q&A thing, which is more like an "email us" sort of thing.
      I really hope you hear from them soon! I believe my boy was mailed out without any notice or change in status. Just showed up one day.

      If they have a Facebook page, I can't find it. I've tried posting a question about the wait time on the order page of the doll just to see if it gets a response.

      Part of me wants to e-mail them every day until I hear back, but they seem very good at ignoring everything I've sent them until now.
       
    8. OK, no FB page. Maybe at this point you should consider spending the $30 for a direct phone call. Otherwise I would e-mail them once a day until I got a decent response or the doll. Do they have a company page here at DOA? If so hit that with a question.
       
    9. they do have a DoA account I just don't recal if it's with the lee-el name or not >< but I know they have one
       
    10. Found someone listed as a sales rep here on DoA, but they've not been on since the end of March.
       
    11. Poke em with a stick anyway. Post a question or send them a message. This is really starting to bug me as I had Chris on my list of wants, but this isn't of the good for customer service.

    13. I knew they didn't get a lot of sales, but .... wow. It does sound like you have been the latest to order from them.
      I did get my suit. Took a while, but it did come, and it's very nice! I don't think I even tried communicating with them though.
       
    14. For those of you that have received e-mails from Lee-el, would you be able to tell me the address you received them from? The only e-mail response I've gotten from them is [email protected]; I've tried [email protected] to no avail.
       
    15. Oh man, not comforting to here. I order in June and have been waiting four months. So, I might be the latest here to order from them. No sign of anything and no response to my biweekly e-mails since the beginning of October. Man. And I was so hopeful for this... I'm out a lot if this doesn't go through. I was trusting other people's good fortune, if radio silence.

      ... Well, now I'm just nervous.
       
    16. I think it's about time for me to open a PayPal dispute.
       
    17. Hate to agree but ya, no response from the folks at Leeel isn't right. Better to get your money back now and consider a possible reorder later if they can explain themselves properly. This just slays me as Chris is on my so wanted list.
       
    18. Crud. Yes. It's been too long with no response at all for you. :( At this price, there really should be better communication.
      Hopefully it will all be cleared up quickly!

    19. On the drive home from work, I had the sickening realization that I probably can't start a dispute, as it's been over 180 days since I placed my order. I'm still going to do what I can via PayPal; they could at least investigate and see if others are in a similar situation.
       
    20. That's true. Can't hurt to ask! Explain the whole situation so they'll know why we wait so long before taking any action.
      Knowing it routinely takes three months for production from a fast company, may help.
