Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Holy hopping lunitics Aernath! The eye color with the hair and his skin tone is just stunning.

      Now I'm stuck! Between seeing your fab photos of him and seeing Granado's new titan body.... OMG! Now that is a hunk of resin. The Lee-el's are so leggy, like the Soom Mecha A's were; not like a real body and the titan's are more real looking (if you hang out at muscle beach) and now I'm thinking I've found my Ares because the titan body is definately that of a war god even if he's only 75.5 cm. My poor Rain, he's never going to find a friend his size at this rate with all my dithering.


      Wait... Aernath: don't you have one of the AOD 90 cm guys? Any chance of getting a photo with all three of the big guys together?

    4. I was pretty much set on the orange wig(s) and the purple eyes they sent me, but then I tried out these blue ones, and bam! That was it.

      Nope, never did get around to getting one of the AoD guys. Ever since they came out, I've been meaning to, but always some other sculpt has come in the way. lol
      I do have a couple Mecha boys and IOS 80cm boys to compare with. Hopefully I can pry my butt away from the computer today long enough to do that. XD

      Edit: Okay, quick n dirty indoor photo. I had to photoshop the heck out of it.

    8. That is a very helpful picture, Aernath! It is amazing to see a doll that makes Lacrimosa look little!

      They actually do work pretty well with the IOS and MA dolls. The head is roughly the same size, so he just looks extraordinarily tall, not out of scale. I will seriously consider getting one when Grace and Grant are paid off.

      Please, please, please Lee-el, bring out girls that size! I NEED one!

    9. There was something about those that looked....stilted, sorta mannish. The Soom site photos I thought worked against those dolls. I've seen owner photos that made me appreciate them more. Also, I think that these days there would be more interest. Doll Chateau is selling 68cm Christina like hotcakes (and I have one and love her!). I would love an even larger girl. I probably would have bought Circus Kane's Stadnik is she had gotten resin photos up more in advance of the preorder closing. I'll definitely be watching to see if Lee-el make a girl doll.

      The Leeel boy is skinny enough that I can hold him with one hand. The Lume Doll boy is too wide, and I have to get a two-handed grip on him, then sit him on my hip like a child. That way I can carry him with one arm, and the camera with the other. lol

      Anyway, drive-by spam, and news that my replacement hand is on it's way! Yay!

      I do hope it's not too big busted or has off the wall measurements or shape. I really don't feel like sanding another BJD. Would be nice if they offered a dress form, lol. Highly unlikely, but I'd buy one along with her in a snap! Save me a lot of time making one of my own. Also a stand would be nice! I have had to make my own for the bigger dolls. What is offered on most sites are just too flimsy.
